The soap dispensers are very pretty and go perfectly in our bathroom.
Shipping took an inordinately long time from placing my order to receiving the items.

I ordered the cups several weeks in advance, I called left message with no return call and the cups did not come in time for my ever.

Sorry, I don’t have the option for zero star! This company it’s a scam! Ordered a pair of woman shoes in size 4 US& got a size 225(1 1/2)????,looks like size 7-7 1/2. Trying to call the phone number listed on their website- nobody answered! The only way To comunicate w them is by email! They asked me to return it& pay for the shipping( even it’s their mistake)to a shipping address in Turkey!!! - on their website it’s listed in USA! Scammers!!! & by the way- the quality of the product it’s terrible!

A company pretending to be US based selling cheap products made in China. There customer support only responds by email and all returns have to be shipped back to Turkey. This site is a scam. I purchased two jackets that were not any where close to the correct size. The fabric feels cheap, the zippers are cheap. They pretend to have high end quality, the only quality is in the design of their site.

Merchandise (dress shoes) arrived as shown, when expected. Satisfied overall.

They sent the wrong size and went radio silent
They refused to cooperate
They then claimed too much time passed - not even 30 days.
This company is a complete rip off

Whatever you think Temu is— this is worse. Do. Not. Shop. Here. It’s all overpriced garbage from China and I mean this in the worst possible way.

The shoes I ordered were better than expected. The leather is buttery soft. I ordered mules and they hug the front of your foot in the best way and super comfortable. For the price it’s almost worth ordering every color.

The quality of the sunglasses and packing was great.Took a little longer to get them,but totally understand because coming from china I believe. The tracking was straight and no problems.I would use again definitely.

This is a biggest scam I ever saw. I checked webside before to order to make sure this is legit site and it's in USA but apperently it is a huge scam. I order shouse and arrerently they use Chineese shipping company, order was delivered after 3 weeks, quality of product is ASOLUTLY OFFUL, but the wors part was when you try to return product. It's no customer service, just voice mail, I send couple emailes and finnaly received rediculeos responce. They offered me 20% refund or if I wanted to send product back they provided address in Turkey, with shipping cost will be same as my purchase. This is REDICULUES, NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THAT SIDE IT'S JUST A BEATIFUL PICTURE, NOTHING ELSE.

The experience purchasing was good, the ability to return gets a 2. Took a long time to come and NO box.

I ordered a bag that was presented on the website as authentic to Terra house. And made of genuine leather. What I received was a bag with Zara tags on it, which was made of what I can only assume is a combination of rubber and plastic. In order to get a refund, the bag has to be shipped back to turkey, despite the website having a US address as their location. The cost to ship overseas will likely cost more than the bag itself. I can’t believe it’s legal to resell a Zara bag under the guise of an original bag to Terra house. If I wanted a Zara bag, I would have purchased one, or spent the same amount buying it second hand from a more trusted seller.

I recently ordered a pair of shoes from the Terra House site before seeing the reviews. After seeing the reviews, I wasn’t sure I that I would receive anything. However, after about a month, I did receive a pair of shoes that were not even close to what I ordered and I am having problems with the fit (too tight). I would not and will order anything from this site. Be warned.

I ordered twice from TerraHouse. Both times there were issues with the order. My first order was supposed to be a cashmere beanie hat, and it maybe possibly had less than 5% cashmere in it. (So not as advertised, since it was a much cheaper wool instead of cashmere, and idiot that I am, I ordered again, and they sent the wrong item. Both times, the offered either I pay for all return shipping or they will give me a 20% refund. I opted for the 20% refund and they haven't even managed to do that correctly, they have asked at least 6 times for a picture, which I have sent. I am caught in a loop with their incredibly shoddy customer service.

Garbage rubber clown shoes that ost $60 and took 3 weeks to get here. Literally a scam as far as im concerned.

I ordered a pair ofwomens shoes. When they finally arrived the shoe was too big (I am a straight size 7 ALWAYS) however I contacted customer support to see if I could exchange the shoe for a smaller size. They contacted me via email quite quickly so I was hopeful! Well buyer beware!!! They offered me 20% off my original payment of $109.00 and told me I could keep the shoes! They don't fit so why would I keep them. I decided to send the shoes back and asked for a refund. I was asked to package the shoes and send them back via a reputable delivery service. The address given to me to send back the shoes was IN TURKEY!!!!!!!!!!! The cost of mailing the shoes back would be more than the cost of my purchase.
This is not a reputable company. Do not fall for the scam!!!!

Easy to order. These are very nice shoes but narrow, especially at the toes.
You can tell they are comfortable, beautifully made but I really don't think I can wear these.

Absolutely awful experience. Took 4 days for them to even print a shipping label. A week later and the tracking says it hasn't been picked up yet in China. Asked "customer service" for an update and all you get is a generic automated response. Three refund requests and 3 weeks later and I still didn't get anywhere. I had to report fraud to my bank in order to get my refund. Worst experience I've ever had online shopping.
