Ordering and delivery fine, actual product (TD5 galv bulkhead) horrendous, poorly made and pillars not straight. Bulkhead wasn’t fitted immediately so wasn’t liable in there short return period. I’m now out of pocket with a faulty product. The people make it even more fun by being completely unresponsive. Strongly encourage everyone to stay clear and am actively warning people about this company.

A slippery company to get hold of
A slippery company to get hold of, you are put through to a call handler who can't actually help in any way but forward you onto a company worker. Once you get through they seem to know their stuff but you have to get used to making multiple phone calls/emails to get out the starting blocks. Took 3 weeks to send out the part which then turned out to be a LHD not RHD, which resulted in further delay while it was collected/switched. It would have been a one star but having done a lot of chasing ended up with the parts required!
