Tallow is pretty hard and not easy to spread, especially on your face, but it is tallow. What’s really not great is they are one of those companies that automatically subscribes you every month if you don’t UNCHECK that box. And by the time you figure out you’ve been subscribed, they’ll stop it for next time with no returns on the current shipment. How convenient. It’s just a money grab for an extra $50. Sad. Now I’m stuck with another 3 jars of stuff I’m not thrilled with and out $50. Don’t bother!

I ordered their balm and i do enjoy their product but not their customer service or order process. I ordered from their 'buy 2, get 1 free' advertisement. Received them and I liked it. Took a little trial and error so I didn't apply too much but no complaint. They did make mention of that. With the amount you use each jar would have lasted me 3+ months easily (they claim very long lasting as well),
About 2 weeks later I get an email that my card has been charged for two more jars. I immediately replied to the company not to ship this because i did not order it. They responded two days later saying I had signed up for a subscription. Which I know I did not since I did not even know if I would like the product Their email response was "Regarding the renewal order that just processed: Since this shipment is already queued for fulfillment in our system, we are unable to stop or cancel the transaction, so you will still receive it. Please be advised that per our terms of service, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on subscription renewals, so you will still receive this final package. If anything else comes up please let me know!"
So, my warning is about their subscription! It will probably take me over a year to use this much product. This was a regrettable purchase.

This is a wonderful company. I purchased the soap and balm and it does what they advertise, it’s not greasy and my skin absorbs the balm and feels plump and smooth. I had an allergic reaction to the 1st balm my face was sensitive to the orange scent I purchased and I was going to order another but the company actually replaced it, since then I purchased another scent and love it .It’s nice to know there are companies that actually deliver what they advertise and care about their customers.
