Ordered tools online. No order confirmation received and no tools arrived. Phoned the company and my call just went to elevator music

Exactly 2 months ago I purchased what is advertised as a "genuine Makita" cordless circular saw electronic controller.
Whilst the delivery experience was good I now find the controller has stopped working. As it's for DIY only tits only performed less than 1 hour of cutting over that period of 12mm-18mm MDF/ply.
The reply to my requesting to a replacement was short and simple.
"No warranty is offered on spare parts and it's out of eBay 30 day return notice"
Wow that is poor because any item purchased should be fit for purpose for more than 1 hour.
The question that has to be asked is do Genuine Makita parts last less than 1 hour. If so
me and my 18v Makita cordless tools will be parting ways.

Do not order from this person please they are a scam

Ordered parts through Ebay on the 31s December still.not arrived. Don't order from this company . Should of looked at the feedback and reviews before i purchased save your time and money go elsewhere . ⁹

Just a scam order two dremel parts before Xmas 1 december to exact never sent and no response from them lucky was ebay but have had to wait till 4 Jan to get refund but 3rd Jan the refund but only one of the item just avoid as they have no customer service ability don't sent don't care just take your money hang onto it as long as the can complete rip off company

Ordered some Makita splinter guards for my tracks and they arrived quickly and were priced well. Needed some help with another order and they sorted it out no problem at all. Can't recommend enough.

Do not buy this tool bag! It is the worst quality I ever came across.
I had my harness, one pair of boots and a few makita batteries in it - so nothing heavy duty!
I rolled it for a few meters and the wheel cam completely off the bag and the whole bottom of the bag ripped.

I contacted seller which REFUSE to give me a refund or replacement as its not manufacturer error.

It is a tool bag - not a hand bag so should be able to carry a few kilos of stuff!!

After looking at the reviews it looks like this is a common fault on these bags.
I can not express enough how disappointed I am with this product and the bad customer service from this seller.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER AND DO NOT BUY THIS TOOL BAG. ITS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!!

I had ordered parts via e bay and realised I had ordered the wrong part. I asked for a refund via e bay but it wasn’t actioned by them. ( e bay)
After a phone call direct to Terrier Tools, my refund was dealt with quickly, politely and well above my expectations. Excellent customer service. Thank you

ORDER WITH EXTREME CAUTION!
Misleading stock levels. Order never arrived. Very poor communication, they only seem to respond when you post your grievances on here!
Luckily for me I paid via PayPal and was able to open a claim with them for my money back.

A Company we will certainly use again. This item was bought through ebay and when I emailed the Company looking for an invoice I had it sent to me within an hour. Very efficient and lovely to deal with.

I purchased a Ryobi hedge trimmer from The Big Red Toolbox. After 14 months the motor burnt out so I contacted The Big Red Toolbox to arrange for it to be repaired under the 2 year warranty. They do not do warranty work so they told me to contact Terrier Tools which I did. They told me to send the machine to them which I did. They then told me that they couldn't carry out the warranty work because a sticker was missing from the machine. I had not removed any stickers. I am very disappointed with this service and they have not returned the machine!

I have been dealing with Terrier tools for a number of years, I have always received a first class service with any new purchases or repairs.

Chainsaw. Good service and good price and product as expected
