Delivery takes weeks, item is a good one to two sizes to small and the print is the very cheap shinny finish that will probably start to come off after a few washs

The product I ordered came exactly as advertised. The price was also reasonable as well.I am well pleased.The shipment time was a bit long but worth it.

I ordered 144 AA Energizer batteries and received 20 AAA batteries instead. No answer yet to my inquiry to vendor.

I’ve been waiting for my order since the first. It’s now the 18th and not a peep from the 40 emails I sent them.

I bought this from WalMart.com. It came as loose components in a padded envelope. It did not come in manufacturer's packaging. No quick start guide was included. The address it came from said "Return Center, in Flushing, NY" I sent a note to the seller through Walmart.com inquiring about all of this and heard nothing back after a week (a 2 day response was promised). I don't know if I was sold a new product or a refurb since it didn't come in manufacturer packaging or include a quick start guide that the manufacturer claims is in the box of a new one.

It's been over a month and I haven't even received all my items and nobody returned your texts or emails I'm sorry your emails they don't even get those phone number to call

Don’t but anything from this company! They will send you a defective product then refuse to answer your emails to return for a refund. The only phone number listed on their website instructs you to email them! I’m contacting consumer protection to report this shaddy company!

I ordered a phone from there and canceled it the next day then I got an email immediately saying I would get my refund in 2 to 3 business days now it’s been a week and I still haven’t heard from them I’ve called them multiple times and the voicemail system says to email them I’ve emailed them multiple times and no response I’ve even used the chat bot multiple times and still no response I highly suggest you stay away from this company because all they’re doing is trying to scam people to get money! Now I’m out almost $200 and I don’t know what to do please please please do not shop at terrific market.com they are the worst e-commerce site in the entire world!

It shipped 3 days after order, but took 3 weeks to arrive from one state away? The item was obviously in used condition, not new as advertised. The box was missing an important IR cable that is listed as include. Scam

I failed to receive my entire order and after 3 emails asking for update 4 days letter I have yet o receive a replay.

My order was Sat on for a week and when I tried to cancel, I kept getting the run around. Finally after posting on their social media, they replied and said they would issue a refund and cancel my order. The very next day they shipped the order. I contacted them again and they said they would send me a shipping label to return it. I have not received my refund or the label. Horrible company.
