The customer service is absolutely top notch!
I puchased two of the new "All Day Rashies", one for me and one for my partner. Unfortunately my partner did not like the feel of the material. I emailed Teselate to initiate a return and the response was almost immediate. They even sent me a prepaid postage label, so there was no out of pocket expense for me, and said that even if the product had been used, they would still be happy to refund it. This is great as it can sometimes take a few wears to decide whether you like something.
I have a lot of respect for online retailers that do the right thing and really put the customer first. Good on you Teselate! I wish other online retailers would follow your lead.

Australia: ordered on Tuesday evening, arrived by post Friday morning. Good quality, compact towel as advertised.

I hate sand, like really hate sand, and because of this I actually got to a point of avoiding going to the beach! However, on reading about Tesalate towels I decided to give them a go and it has changed my beach experience forever! For once in my life I did not continue to find sand EVERYWHERE once I had left the beach. The sand came straight of the towel and was great for brushing wet and dry sand off my skin with no issues. I cannot recommend it enough and will be buying another for my partner! Plus the designs are beautiful. :)

Love the extra large beach towel. It's really working & looks super nice!
