I asked a friend to buy two pairs of joggers from Tesco for me. Size 12 which has always been M, when I received them I couldn’t believe the size, the hips measured 46 inches….this is a size 12?
I can’t get to a store and wanted to post them back, customer services told me not possible and couldn’t help me.

I purchased a pack of x 2 tights XL 100 denier . OH my god. Leg length perfect as I am a 33 inside leg but the waist to crotch is for a child . Was going to a graduation and had to hold tights up during ceremony and then go to a shop buy replacement as they would not stay up. material in body is poor no decent waist band. Pack in bucket

Better quality required. I purchased 3 cot bed waterproof sheets F&F brand and after 1 wash at 30 degrees all 3 fell to bits. Complete waste of money. With the economy being the way it is people can't afford to keep replacing things ..... especially after 1 wash

Staff member sent us to changing room which doesn’t exist 2nd staff member took us to changing room which was for staff only and we got told we couldn’t use it .
2 other staff members carried on talking to each other while serving me .
Pure ignorance and lack of training .
I for one will never use them again .

Bought most of my tesco things Instore. I must admit not everything is great or not for me, but I do manage to pick up a few crackers from time to time! I bought my little grand daughter the most fabulous Minnie Mouse red and white spotted snowsuit for the autumn winter happened to spot it and fell in love with it , only a few sizes left, so grabbed a 12-18 months and she grew into it. Mummy was thrilled and it lasted her all winter even into the rainy cold April we had this year! My clothes I buy from time to time if I see something I like, this summer I’ve bought a cracking cotton pink ruffle tiered dress with puff sleeves-so on trend, colour and style wise loose and cool with a flattering v neck and a great price. Their linen and cotton in the summer is brilliant, good price and lovely colours. Rate their cashmere in the winter too.lovely range of scarves as well in plain floaty materials to tone with all sorts. Very impressed.as I said not everything is as good and you have to snap them up when you see them, as a lot of their blouses and trousers not natural fabrics so for me I can’t wear them, as I sweat a lot. Otherwise great.

I hate Tesco with a passion, I used to shop with them all the time until they got greedy and too big for their boots, all my family now shop elsewhere and we will never ever come back to rotten Tesco even if they paid me.
Other stores like Sainsbury,s and Asda now sell cloths and MUCH better quality, I do honest reviews and have on a lot of review sites, this is so people know what they are buying, staying places, restaurants ect.
Tesco sort your website out as you think its a bank! or secret service, it is a NIGHTMARE trying to log in. I have given up with you as a company and now go elsewhere...BUT NEVER BACK TO YOU

Bought some flared trousers which were very good for the price. however they do have very limited small sizes.

tesco clothes do not cater for fat people like me who are XXXXXXL im not happy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a lot of clothes 3-4 weeks before Christmas utilizing their huge sales. They had such a rush of buyers that they could not handle the sales which meant orders were taking 2-3 days to arrive in store for pick up instead of 24 hours. I wasn't too miffed as I had plenty of time but it was frustrating not getting the service they advertised and just waiting for an email or text. I also had several items go out of stock either while I was still shopping or after I ordered. Some of these items would then show available 2 days later. I understand they were overwhelmed, it is humans on the other end dispatching items so hopefully if they ever have sales like this again they will be more prepared for the onslaught of online shoppers. The actual clothes were decent quality and all my gifts were well received. The items that were unavailable after order completion were not charged to my card so all in all the transactions were pretty smooth. Most of the clothes quality were worth the sale price but not the full price. I like their plus size range as they are quite stylish, just wish they had more of these sizes in store as it's hard to judge if an item will fit my body type without trying it on. I had to return a few items but I did that in store and it was smooth as butter.

My first order on tescoclothing, it was dispatched after 5 days, 2 products out of 5 which I wanted the most missing. They had a discount of 10 pounds if you spent 50 pounds, which made up for the delivery costs. They not only cancelled the discount, but they did not refund and charged the amount that was supposed to be refunded again on my credit card. I thought I was going to have a heat attack. I spent 25 pounds and I was charged 60,95. Shame on you. Had to call the bank and sent e-mails which remained unanswered.
