Conned us as a couple out of almost 2k when dealing with our car insurance,5k worth of damage was settled at a shade over 2k,refused to repair car,refused us to let another repairer do it,used fmg to provide a cheap quote driving settlement down- left my wife very stressed out about it- might seem cheap but its for a reason,heaven help you if u need to claim

Car Insurance cancelled while on Holiday. Apparently we were not able to use ‘No claims discount’ for one of our two cars we were looking to insure?? Very strange. Had to call when I returned from holiday and create another policy under my name and due to us always having previous policies in my wife’s name I don’t have proof of no claims discount! Premium gone up from £250 to £350 not impressed with this at all! Agent who sorted the renewal was helpful but he wasn’t able to match the initial price we were given.
I could not open the renewal details, I phoned, spoke to Oliver, every thing was sorted quickly at a reduced price, compared with last year. It could not have been better. How refreshing not to be asked for more money than last year. Despite a claim for a windscreen replacement after a stone hit the screen on the M5.
I was treated with great courtesy ,very efficiently when I renewed my annual insurance after a timely reminder from Tesco .
Good price and didn't penalize me for being a loyal customer.

Tesco increased my home insurance by just over 30%. They say they don’t need to give a reason why such although correct is not very helpful. I said I was pissed off by the large hike and was accused by the Tesco operator of swearing ☹️

Car issue so car has gone to a Tesco recommended engineer. They reported back to Tesco’s over 21 days ago. It has been sat with Tesco’s to make a decision since then and despite our constantly chasing and making a formal complaint we have had no response. They are too slow and despite an updating app which doesn’t get updated not good at getting back despite promising to do so.
Easy to renew and reduced premium, however my existing password did not work so had ti change it, when i did i clicked on insurance tab but it took me to grocery website so a bit frustrating
