Fab service, quick and proffesional!
Came and worked in our offices for 2 days this week, the team were really professional and got the job done really quickly! They worked around us so not to interrupt our normal production flow. The quality of the install is great and made such a difference to the lighting which we have making it a much more pleasant working environment.

no showed but still charged me a fee
Engaged TES Compliance to provide an electrical survey for potential home purchase. They did not show as agreed. The office had my email, mobile phone and estate agent's phone but no attempt to contact me was made. They sent me an invoice for a call-out fee and when I questioned it, they threatened me with a solicitor. They did not do the work as agreed, did not contact me but bullied me into paying a fee. They received the payment because they threatened me. Of course they had no trouble getting in touch when they wanted to chase unearned money - but no calls on the day they were supposed to do the work.
