Not ordering from these, off to Amazon instead

Before i purchase anything, I always read the reviews to get a feeling for the company.

I wanted an model 3 steering wheel cover and the one on Tesery is the best looking one compared to the amazon one, this companys has like a golf ball effect on the Alcantra material.

Having seen a 61% star rating at one percent, this just yells avoid avoid avoid.

Off to Amazon instead with delivery coming tomorrow and not in weeks that the majority of bad and good reviews state.

Again and again till satisfied

Original order of a screen protector arrived cracked. Replacement was also cracked. The next replacement came with even more packaging and also included another screen protector just in case 1 of them was damaged in shipping. Tesery is very customer oriented. Will buy more from them in the future.

No customer service. Horrible return policy.

I ordered the wrong center caps for my new Model Y. Your "support" person tried to argue with me that they have to fit. "There's no other type of center caps."
My after market wheel covers that I have don't work with your center caps. I received the replacements. There are no lug nut showing...Y'all are even asking for video, but not to open the package.
As I mentioned I never claimed my 10% discount so I was asking for a postage paid label emailed to me since I would most likely order from you again.

Over 2 weeks still nothing.

Over 2 weeks. Order still hasn’t shipped. Offering accessories that aren’t even supported anymore. Wish I would have ordered somewhere else. These same parts can be ordered on multiple similar websites.

Model y seat back covers don’t work

The rear seat covers don’t work. The velcro fitting is ok but the bottom of the cover isn’t fixed to the seat at all. Every time I fold and unfold the rear sets the cover catches and bends. Tesery suggested that I try to fix it with velcro that I buy myself with a desultory offer of $15 - I told them not to bother.

We recognize this is not a proper solution to a product design or quality issue, and we regret that we put the burden of fixing the product onto you.
We will inform the customer service staff to adjust the solution and provide you with satisfactory service.

(This device is not permitable to work in Australia in driving mode).
Bought a few other things and they are perfect.
