Absolutely Terrible – My Worst Online Shopping Experience
I placed an order with TESI GOLF over two months ago, and I have never received the package. I sent several emails asking for an update, and I received no replies at all. I even requested a refund, but once again—no answer.
In my personal experience, this company has shown zero customer service, zero responsibility, and zero communication. After two months of waiting with no product and no refund, I honestly feel completely deceived.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise others not to buy from TESI GOLF.
