1st order ok 2nd order MIA

First order was a set of replacement lug nut covers for my 20 MSP with twin sonic wheels. The set of 5 came in about 4 days. My originals were black and I didn’t realize these were gray, so I ordered 15 more. I paid a lot of money for DHL 2-4 day shipping and it’s now 25 days later and still no product. I’ve asked for a refund.

I am sorry that your products didn't arrive (yet) we will take care of it like we always do. That you paid a lot for shipping I understand, but we are in the Netherlands, and you are in the USA. Maybe it is because your president asks a lot of fees for products from Europe?

Really poor quality

I bought a "carbon fiber" spoiler for a ModelS. Really poor quality. After 1 year, it starts to have plenty of white stains and inside cracks... It feels like I have ordered it on Wish!

In your reply, you mentioned a replacement? Based on my understanding, I needed to drive by your offices so you can look at my spoiler, that’s it, but I do not want to drive 8 hours for this as I don’t live in NL.

I’m sorry, but my 1 star rating is because I’m outraged by the quality of the spoiler which I have never clean with anything else than water and it just looks awful, it’s supposed to be carbon fiber, so it was advertised as durable…

OK, maybe it's a misunderstanding. If that's the case, I will delete this review, but based on our email conversation, my understanding was that I had no other option than to drive to NL to show it to you. It may have been a miscommunication then. Can you contact me by email to send me an RMA number or the procedure to do so? Thanks

Hi Stephane, we contacted you already and offered replacement or repair, Of course you need to return the item to us, so we can investigate. But you dont want to do this. You just want us to sent you a new one, but sorry, that is not how it works, and it seems logical to us. So I am really sorry, but to give us a 1 star review is not very nice of you. Maybe it tells more about you than about us.

I see you edited your review. I just like to say that is probably a problem with the clearcoat. It happened before. The carbon below is okay. Our supplier takes full responsibility for this. But you do need to return your spoiler to get it replaced.

Door lift Model Y

I ordered the automatic doors for the Model Y. After just over a year, the door handle on the driver's side no longer works. Tesland refuses to replace it. Only I would have to drive over 2200km for Tesland to look at it on site but without warranty. Very, very bad! Hands off this company! I will file a lawsuit.

We did not say that we will not replace it, we told you that you can over here and we can inspect and replace the part. Also you can sent us the faulty part. We will replace it as well of course. You wanted us to sent you the new parts and than afterwards, sent your parts in return. That is just not how it works.... We told you that you can order a new one, and upon returning of the faulty part, we will refund you

Slow response, no delivery

Slow response on questions. Finally got a response and promise to deliver within 1 day. Ordered immediately, but no delivery, not even handed over to courier.

Not the first poor experience, hope they improve, because they offer good products

I am sorry that the product did not arrive (in time) You must understand that we do our utmost best to get the goods delivered. We did not choose the cheapest delivery partner, but sometimes orders get lost by the shipper. We will always solve these issues

Model 3 Electric trunk

Model 3 Electric trunk broke after 18 months use. Warranty period is 1 year so they refuse any assistance in this matter. They would not help even troubleshooting their product.

I do not recommend buying any chinese crap from them to your expensive vehicle. They do not take responsibility.

You live in Finland, we are in the Netherlands. We sent you replacement parts to Finland. But we can't do troubleshooting from the Netherlands. However we do sent parts if needed
