I have bought the wheel protectors, and

(1) the upper (visual) side of the protectors is raw metal without the black color on the side of the protectors which match the wheel color.

(2) The wheel protectors do not allow the original Tesla Y Junipers Wheel Caps to fit in to hide the raw metal look.

I am not the only one that complains about this issue and their awful refund policy.

STAY AWAY FROM THAT CHINA COMPANY IS MY BEST ADVICE.

This is an updated review after initial issues with an order. Despite Teslaunch still not accepting a return they have done their best to put things right, offering a partial refund and sending a replacement part to ensure compatibility with my car.

Whilst not ideal, they have at least tried to make things right, hence updating from a 1 star to 3 star review. Frustrating that the returns policy is not honoured but at least I can now use the rear screen sent.

DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM POOR QUALITY AND POOR FIT AND WONT REFUND AVOID

Very good experience in my first purchase with Teslaunch company regarding quality of purchased product, their packaging and delivery time.

Ordering was easy, delivery was spot on and the product was better than the original supplied with my car from manufacture. A bit fiddly to install being accessible via the drivers side footwell, but I
managed and now have fresh clean air inside my car when travelling. Recommended.

I ordered 4 rim protectors from Teslaunch. I waited 3 weeks for them as they told me after my order they were out of stock.
What I received was 4 bent rim protectors.

We recently purchased several Tesla Model Y accessories through their website, amounting to thousands of dollars across multiple orders. However, upon requesting a return, we were informed that Teslaunch only offers a 70% refund, even if the product is returned in original condition. This policy was not clearly disclosed at the time of purchase and is significantly less consumer-friendly than industry norms.

For context:
We also purchased from two other Tesla accessory websites during the same period, and both offer 100% no-questions-asked refunds, consistent with standard consumer expectations and fair business practice.

The Teslaunch product we received was manufactured in China, you can go on to Aliexpress.com and likely pay for a fraction of the cost (10% of what Teslaunch selling), they advertise in Australia and drop ship (ask the Chinese factory) to send to you at a overly price. The lack of full refund adds to the perception of exploitative pricing and customer service.

Their refund policy, hidden behind fine print or vague terms, feels misleading and deceptive, especially given how similar companies handle customer satisfaction and post-sales service.

I placed an order of assorted accessories for my Tesla Cybertruck with Teslaunch on Jun 9th 2025. The shipping said 6-12 days. The order still hasn't arrived and it is currently July 10th 2025. If I had any idea this could take over a month I would NEVER have ordered it from them. Very bad experience! They had NO problem charging me the day I ordered. This company is horrible.

Great air intake guard at a great price and delivered quickly - super easy install

The product arrived and was easy to install. Now that I have had them and used them I would highly recommend these to anyone. Also the online videos were very informative and helpful!

Ordered mats for new vehicle on June 6th, 2025. I was charged up front. After 2 weeks, item shipped from China. In transit for another 15 days as of today. I did receive a 10% credit due to the delay after sending inquiries - text and email. Still waiting but hopefully the quality will be worth the wait. Is this what it's going to be like for shipments from China now?

TESLAUNCH SENT US A GRIPPER THAT WAS A CHEAP CHINESE PIECE OF CRAP. THEY PACKAGED IT POORLY AND IN BROKE UN THE MAIL. FLIMSY BOX AND SENT IN A PAPER ENVELOPE. I WOULD NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered the alloy wheel protectors. Fairly easy to install and look great actually. They were on my model 3 performance.

However, first time out, mounted a kerb slightly and they snapped! Now at £85 for 4, it’s an expensive thing to have to replace them every time you touch a kerb. All in all they are not built to withstand any thing other than a very light brush.

However, I have contacted them and they are sending me a replacement so let’s see if it comes.

Don’t bother ordering from Teslaunch. You’ll wait forever for your order (still haven’t received mine) and they won’t reply to your emails.

The product has helped reduce the heat in my cabin immensely during these hot sunny days. I love having the panoramic roof but its nice to have the option on hot days to be able to cover it

Pretty rubbish customer service. Ordered 1 May, delivered 4 June (total radio silence in between). Item is battered and broken. Been trying since Thursday to get them to respond to my concerns.
