Aaron was very knowledgeable, honest and no pressure. He explained every part of the insurance and gave me plenty of time to ask my own questions and also if I was unsure he explained in a way I understood.

My advisor Adam was top notch and explained what i needed well and answered my questions thoroughly. I did not feel pushed into it but I was fending off a few calls once I made my expression of interest the day before, so it was fortunate that I had time to take Adams call, I received a good price for what I needed and will await the documentation soon to read !

Aaron Jones was excellent
Aaron Jones was absolutely excellent in his advice and provided clear guidance regarding our recent enquiry about private medical insurance. He knows the policies well and was able to answer all of our questions. He was never pushy and I felt very confident that he had our best interests at heart. I initially contacted Aaron in 2025 and he spent a lots of time explaining things to me. At that time we decided to hold off on starting a policy but Aaron was so pleasant to engage with and never made me feel under any pressure to proceed. Fast forward 1yr, we decided that now is the right time and I contacted Aaron again and he provided information/ up to date quotes and explained everything in detail. I would recommend Aaron to anyone, these days, it’s such a rare thing to find someone who does their job well and Aaron is superb.

Near the anniversary of the previous Medical Insurance arranged with this company they proactively called to talk about the increase in price required by this medical company.

Peace of mind & straight forward
I spoke to Aaron Jones and found him to be extremely helpful, thorough, and clear. He was patient and not pushy in the slightest. I felt he had our best interests at heart. It’s now been over a month on cover and I’ve found aftercare great, as well as the company he placed us with feeling like the right fit for us. I’m using their services/perks to help us so it doesn’t feel like I’m just forking out monthly for something I’m not seeing. I am pleased with the service and have recommended to others. On top of it all I feel a great peace of mind too.

Professional and reliable customer service.
Aaron Jones from Tessa Alliance was exceptional in how he explained how to meet my needs and get a better health insurance which will work out cheaper than my existing one given it was an old type with shared responsibility that is no longer the norm. He also recommended coming back to the company for future renewals so comparisons can be made with other providers. This way I know exactly what is available and what I ought to have.
