Absolutely shocking experience with Tesco Mobile. My order was cancelled for no reason when I called to activate the line, even though I clearly did not want to cancel. Despite this, my direct debit was set up and the first month’s payment was taken.

I spent 80 minutes on the phone being passed around multiple departments, with customer service failing to listen or resolve anything. The web chat was just as bad—going in circles and having to explain myself multiple times.

I’ve been told my refund will take three days to come through, and they even expected me to place a new order and pay again upfront. Completely unacceptable. I will never use Tesco Mobile again.

SCAM AND FRAUDS! DONOt Buy anything from this company. I had ordered cot bed from them. Initially they said the order was delivered and the driver dropped the parcel on the doorstep. It was all a lie as I have cctv and I told them they can’t fool me.
Later they said the shipment was misplaced and told me to wait for a couple of days. And this went on for a month. I asked them to refund me the money and they said they will do it asap. It’s been 6 months and I havent received the money back. They just fool by replying that their accounts team are working on it and my case is considered high priority and will be refunded in next few days. All lies !! Such a fraudulent company. Never place any order through them. These cheats should be punished.
Save your hard earned money and avoid these fraudsters!!

ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT YOU D9NT RECEIVE THE GOODS .

I would rate 0 if I could. Never received my item even though they say it's been delivered. Luckily I paid with PayPal and received a refund straight away without them looking into it, it shows that they are aware of the company

This company should be avoided. My item was never delivered and when Checking the tracking information it was still in transit. I then sent an email off to get a reply within a few hours that it had been delivered and amazingly the tracking information did show thus. I believe they have some way of updating the tracking I formation, fortunately I paid via PayPal and when the case was raised I got an email almost instantly saying a refund was on its way, which can only mean PayPal are aware of this company but are doing nothing about them

Bought off their website and they replied to all my emails up until the item said it was delivered but doesnt show where. AVOID!!!!

Scams. I have purchased a wet dry hoover £42.they never sent the item and fake track number . Contacted the seller and tessos with email many times,no respons from both.I have been waiting for two months now

Same experience as the other 1 star reviews have had , I made a purchase March 1st, item still not received and bogus tracking emailed for 17track.
Noticed a 3 star review where someone was questioning the other 1 star reviews if they’d actually made an order 🤪 not sure how helpful it is putting 3 stars to ask an unnecessary question but I did make a purchase and no item received. Thankfully purchased through PayPal and got my money back

Fortunately I had paid through PayPal, and got an immediate refund, no questions asked.
Just shows PayPal must be aware of the problem.

Scam ordered 2 fridges, knew it was too good to be true. You can’t contact them via the phone number is says you’ve dialled an incorrect number and the emails keep bouncing back.
I paid via credit card so not concerned about getting my money back, but people beware

Bought some power tools from this company they never shipped them or even started process to ship them tried contacting by emails google bounced them back couldnt deliver tried text to phone number came back unable to deliver so contacted paypal as paid through them awarded full refund within seconds and they closed the case think that speaks volumes doesnt it.

Scam website on the face of it selling plant pots ect but with many hidden backdoor links to high end electrical goods that google then advertises on their shopping pages. Paid for an item believing I was getting an incredible deal before realising my mistake, but luckily paid via Paypal and was refunded the instant I reported the issue.

I blame myself but then again I should blame Google. Allowing scam companies on their platform, lost £70.00, il survive ….. hopefully the person that runs this scams doesn’t!

Zero stars. Scammers. Says American company, registered London, mobile phon is isle of man. I paid by PayPal and got refund. Don't use this company. They don't exist.

I purchased an item and got a confirmation email with spelling errors and an incorrect customer service address. Luckily I purchased through PayPal and they sorted it. It is a scam.
