I did not sign up for a subscription. I just want a refund and any subscription canceled. This is a nightmare!OMG I started looking for the day that I did a .50 inquiry and I found 2 of them on Dec.20th and they have been charging me $29.99 starting Dec.26th and every month since. Thats almost $180!! This is ridiculous. I really dont have $$ to be throwing away like that. I guess I need to read my bank statements more often. These people know what their doing! Its ,its own type of robbery!!

I am writing this because I have been charged $29.99/month starting on 12/25 for a subscription I did not explicitly authorize. I have attempted to contact customer support via the phone number provided on the website (415-236-3171), but the number is non-functional/dead.

This is a predatory billing practice. I am requesting an immediate cancellation of my account and a full refund for all $29.99 charges. I have already contacted my bank to dispute these transactions and have reported this to the FTC.

They took 50pence from my wife to get her bank details, then later took £29 subscription which she didn't realised she signed up to, as a lot of other people have said. BE AWARE.

A bunch of scammers. Hidden subscription and it’s not Raven’s test and rather IQ test for kids. Everyone is a genius by the results of their tests. Be aware

This fraudulent company offered a test to me then said to get the result would cost me .99 cents so I did it. A week later they took $29.00 from my account. I never signed anything never subscribed to anything. What could they possibly have to offer for 30 dollars a month? They don't want to refund my money. I got a message they were gonna take care of it but needed to identify me and tried to charge me again please beware. They are trying to steal your money and use a fake test to do it. It's a scam! I will put a new review every other day till everyone hears this.

I did one of My IQ's tests and only later found out that in doing so I'd somehow subscribed to their site or something. I managed to get some money refunded but not all of it. As far as I'm concerned it's a scam and should be a: avoided, and b: closed down.

Wrongly charges me too much.
Afterwards I have read a lot of others that also experienced this. I was convinced that it was a 0,99$ trial period I was signing up for, but they charged me 19,99$ at the same time for the entire month. Reached out to them, and they refuse to help me.

Garbage. You waste a bunch of time and then are asked to pay.

How do I remove my email address from "Test my-IQ"?
I do not want any contact with the company.
Their page takes over when I am on other pages, I will not get past this page without having to shut down and restart.
