I have contacted them several times about this package with no reply

I also ordered two other packages from them which also never came

I would not trust this company unless they got onw or two packages to me

Order #27360 was ordered awhile ago date 9/15/2022 been sending emails never got a reply. Had to wait a while for my last order but after complaining on trust pilot the manager of the company reaches out to let me know he had a technical glitch and sent my order out that day. I'm happy to say it has arrived and thanks again. A man of his word. Would definitely recommend. Kind regards Chris

Placed an order last week 28416 and I am yet to receive any correspondence yet I have ordered in the past without issue with 5stars, I sent my payment of £95 via bank transfer and I have heard nothing- if this can be resolved asap please contact me using the order number affiliated email address. This will then be rectified to 3stars (would have been 5stars if there was clear communication, but I have just read about royal mail strikes over the weekend and a spam attack on their servers)! Everything arrived today but the frustration lays with the lack of communication!!

I used this site for a couple of years without any problems... but the last order i placed on the 29th July never showed up... looks like they are starting to communicate again so will deffinately use them again if this order shows up

UPDATE - still not received the order, obviously still not fulfilling orders as I have not seen many reviews that people have received their orders, will continue to use my other supplier

My order 28137 still hasnt showed up from september. Greatly dissapointed. Been using their website for years and have now lost my best contact. Absolutely gutted. Orders now just not arriving.

Tried emailing and phoning the number provided on the website but sadly im getting ignored.

I had used Testandtren for years with no issues at all. Good quality, boxed and sealed product at fair price.

Recently however something has changed - now seems like a scam.

16 Sep I made a order £200.00 and it came no problem like every other order I've made.

20 Sep I made another order for £175.00. The item showed as "On Hold" For a lot longe than usual. I emailed them and not too much later it was "Competed"

A week later still no order and so I emailed them. No reply. I continued to email them multiple times.. No reply. Their weird phone number if you switch the 1 for a 0 just takes you to an o2 voicemail service.

Used to be a fantastic site. For some reason or another though it can i think now be considered a scam and should be avoided.

I've been a regular customer for the past 2 years and they never let me down. I was used to immediate e-mails confirming, processing my orders as well as fast delivery.
Sth has changed lately as my last order has not been updated for the first time and was on hold for 3 days.
Advice for customers: keep checking your order status on the website when you are logged in. Buy using your login details give them 2 or 3 days for the order to be completed the status will change from on hold process to completed. That's what I did. See if it helps before you get upset and worried. I recieved my products today good as always. I still recommend Testandtren !!!

Took abit longer then normal but I understand it alot to do for one man and people have there own lifes aswell great products at best prices so cannot complain been coming for years and never lost a single order I've been that used to really fast service that I get worried when takes longer than expected should never doubt as have never been let down

Order 27474 missing was long term customer but last few months customer service basically non existent no reply’s kept in the dark lost money please don’t fall for the same there is plenty more sites out there stay away from test and tren.com

After being a loyal customer for several years I can only assume this site has resorted to scamming. Placed two orders, one two weeks ago and another a couple of days later - nothing has arrived though the orders were updated to say they were processed. Sent multiple emails that have been ignored. Used to arrive within a couple of days, clearly just trading on their previously good name and taking people's money now. £160 down and have had to find a new supplier, would avoid at all costs - disgusting way to treat people.
