Very professional and efficient handling of tests. Excellent communication. Fair rewards.

Good platform for test, sometimes a bit strange regulations and award criteria. The app needs to be improved.

I had to change my previous review...
I did a few tests, received a reasonable amount of money for my time and thought the site was pretty decent.
I then attempted a test that was so poorly paid that, had I completed it, I would have earned less than £4 per hour, so I stopped as it was a waste of time. I should add, £4 an hour after they increased the reward. Since that test, I've been invited to complete more tests but never selected, presumably because I didn't complete that last one. After this latest experience, I would recommend avoiding the site.

They've gotta be F$%#$%G kidding! I signed up to this sleazy site a year ago, and they finally email me ONE YEAR LATER on an opportunity; "scan your ID's and send them to us"

They've gotta be nuts!!! What IDIOT would send ANY company their ID, they're IDENTITY, just for the asking!!??

This company has the words: PHISHING, FRAUD, and SCAM written all over it! Don't bother with this garbage!!

Testbirds are an utter scam. I signed up since January and till the present day, I am yet to receive a test invitation. I've sent emails twice and I was told that they haven't seen a test that matches my profile. So you are telling me that in more than a month, no test has yet matched my profile.
From the community point updates, you see a our several people getting points for initial report. So on an average of 4-7 tests done a day, for a month, I am still yet to receive my first test invite. In summary, I signed up for fun. And everyday I check my email and dashboard, nothing. If you don't have enough resources, you talk, I'll sign up for another one. Ur not the only testing company in the world

It's been a while that I am working with test birds, it is funny and reliable, the more you work with them, the more you get invited for new tests, I really like the experience of working with them. Good job guys!

Been registered on testbird since april, I have fully completed my profile, answered all the questions but still haven't got any tests. I regularly check the website and even got an app installed on my phone but still nothing.....they don't get enough companies that want to use their platform. There are other testing websites where you get more tests.

Instructions are always super clear & straightforward, the support team is very responsive, and the layout is so intuitive.

I thought that my most recent test was such an amazing experience. I was so surprised by how well the phone robot understood me. Never have I had such a smooth conversation with a robot.

My experience with Testbirds is positive. The site offers a lot of tests and often it is possible to achieve good money in relation to the necessary effort.

Another outstanding experience with Testbirds. This was a 1hr Zoom interview where Testbirds setup an opportunity for me to review a Beta version of a product developed by their customer. They shared with me CAD drawings and detailed specs and gathered my feedback. Regardless of whether I was critical or completely on board with the design they took my feedback. They answered all of my questions as I probed deeply into the product review. I was given numerous windows of availability to allow this interview to work on my schedule. Max was great and I really enjoyed giving them my insight.

Lots of effort and detail went into the interview. Any questions I had were answered professionally and efficiently.
