I love the quick delivery, how ever the testing facilities are needing more liquid for tests. Could you look into increasing the size of the tube to accommodate more liquid.

This product came highly recommended to me by two separate people who had great results with it, and I can see why! I was really impressed with this kit and the overall process. It was simple to use and worked exactly as expected. The buying process was simple, my order was processed very quickly, and shipping was on time. If I ever need a similar product again, I wouldn’t even consider using any other product! I will be using and referring TestClear’s products whenever necessary.

I got tricked bc the positive reviews are all for delivery and ordering process. Their hair detox products are a scam and all the reviews for that are 1 star. Wish I would've looked more closely. Spent hundreds and still failed hair test terribly. Synthetic urine is fine just like any other. I found a hair detox that actually works called Scitox if anybody really needs to pass a hair follicle test.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Let me preface this by saying I take the time to do positive reviews, but I also take the time to let people know about unethical business practices. Becky is flippant, rude, and extremely unprofessional with customers. I read several reviews after this experience. It is very obvious why Testclear customer service has such bad reviews. The five day kit comes with a free urine test. There is a drop-down menu where you select which one you need. I did that and then purchased a second urine test. Becky claims that the free test wasn’t selected, but we did pay for the extra one. First of all, how would I know about the drop-down menu to select the free test if I didn’t do it? Secondly, who in their right mind would pay for a second test and NOT claim the one that came free? When I asked to speak with management, Becky stopped replying to the emails. I am also posting a review on the Better Business Bureau site so that nobody else gets ripped off.

Made an order and asked to cancel and refund minutes later... terrible service and snake oil products. Avoid this company and go to Scitox.

Just add water, makes its own sauce. Fragrance is wonderful and there is no offensive aftertaste like the other brands.

Do not buy toxin rid and zydot ultra clean these products do not work and I mean do not work I used them as instructed for twice as long and I still failed my hair drug test it’s a scam on desperate people just to get there money .. save yourself the money and disappointment stay away from these products

Multiple time customer, ran into issues when I asked to cancel my most recent order. The product is great but the customer service is terrible. Becky is extremely rude and passive aggressive, manager who is actually the owner called me. Says chat GPT did not find Becky rude so therefore she was not. Continued to say " oh did she hurt your feelings " " so what did she do that hurt your feelings so bad" and then tried to imply that I was a bad person by the way I dealt with the situation. I simply trying to tell you that your employee was rude and you now lost a return customer. I don't need the owner trying to analyze and teach me something in life.

Exactly what I needed. I paid for next day delivery to arrive at 7 PM right after I got home from work. It came on time. Super easy to use and as a girl, super easy to hide. I recommend doing this over any cleanse as it smells just like pee. Test results all came back negative! If you’re considering it, just do it. The cost will be worth the pass.
