Terrible service inaccurate results!
Terrible service, better of avoiding and paying extra for going to a proper clinic. I ordered a Hepatitis B + C test and the first one was "unsuitable" for testing and I ordered a second one and the result I received was " not detected" but when I called the Doctors Lab they told me the second set of blood was again unsuitable for testing and that the information I had received from Testd was inaccurate. Testd is playing with lives, very dodgy and not reputable, I have spent over £100 on this test and now having to pay to go private, money down the drain. Avoid at all costs!

Found the whole process to be easy and very smooth. The instructions on the kit were very easy to follow and I got my result back within 2 days which is great. I have used this service twice now and would highly recommend it.

Peace of mind
Requested four tests for staff at work who needed instant HIV tests for Russian visas and was an easy to use and efficient service. TESTD doctors issued the certificates free of charge too so thanks again.
