Thank you for leaving us a review and we're sorry to hear you're disappointed with the lead time.
Having looked at your order I can see that this was placed on the 10th of February at 10 past 8 in the evening. Orders for next day delivery must come through our system before 3:30pm to ensure next day delivery as stated in the delivery section of our website.
Your order was picked/packed and shipped out on the 11th of February when we were back in the office and was delivered on the 12th of February.
Hopefully this does not deter you from ordering from us again.

It does the job it was purchased for
It does the job it was purchased for . But what I was disappointed about was I paid for it to be delivered to my address but it got dropped off at a collection point, over 2 miles away and it’s only because I tapped on proof of delivery that I knew this , if I hadn’t I would still be waiting for it to arrive

I believe you were trying to return some insulated gloves which you'd purchased from ourselves (stock code 05108) and were advised that you could not return these because you had opened these. I would also advise that our website states these are Made to Order items and under our terms, we won't accept MTO products back.
