The delivery was really quick ordered in the afternoon and it arrived the next day.
The instrument is excellent and does what it says, the only problem and one thing that annoys me is when you have paid £1200+ for a fluke meter, the leads that come with it are absolutely crap....very cheap so I spent another £30 on a set of decent ones(This is a fluke thing) the service was excellent.

Our website has over 50,000 products available for purchase, unfortunately we don't always have all of these in stock but they are something which we're able to get from the manufacturer, normally fairly quickly.

Supplied a tools different to the one shown on the website. I waited a week for the tools to be delivered and paid delivery charges when I could have got the ones they supplied immediately and cheaper at a local shop without the delivery charges. Anyone who needs tools for work knows just how frustrating it is to wait for something they need straight away and then to get the wrong ones. They will not refund and accept return of the tools as I had to use the tools whilst I tried to sort out the mess they made of my order. Not that this would have been a good solution as it would have involved even more inconvenience. I thought I could trust a company which provides tools and services based on accuracy to get their website correct. I would not use them again and would not advise anyone else to.

In response, you placed your order on the 4th of January at 22.25pm (Sunday). It was processed onto our system on the 5th of January and was delivered to you on the 10th of January (one week).
You then contacted us by email on the 11th of January to advise what was received did not match the image on our website. After you provided images of what you received on the 12th of January, I then responded on the 13th of January after confirming with the manufacturer that what was supplied was correct from them but it did not match the image we have on our website. The request for the image to be updated has been put through to our Marketing Team for correction.
At this point, I did advise that we would arrange a collection of the incorrect products at our expense and a full refund would then be arranged for you, which includes your original delivery charges.
Whilst I appreciate that a collection is inconvenient if you're not at the address during the day, a drop off label was also offered.
Instead of replying back to my email from Tuesday to discuss this further, you chosen instead to leave us this review.
I have reached out to you once again by email to see whether you would actually like to return the products for a full refund.
