Scammers, they simply won’t pay you saying you violated their policy, waste of time . This is their response , I guess they write it to everyone:

Works for a bit and then your rewards get stuck in processing and when you contact them they ignore you! They finally reply weeks and weeks later to say that they can’t process your reward because they’ve noticed fraudulent activity in your account. Complete lies! They just don’t want to pay out! Complete scam and a waste of time!

I am extremely disappointed with Tester Buddy. Despite investing significant time and effort into completing tasks and reaching payout thresholds, I have been denied my $50 reward. Their customer service is unresponsive and fails to address legitimate concerns—multiple attempts to contact them have been ignored. This lack of accountability and support is unacceptable. Based on numerous complaints from other users, it is clear that Tester Buddy cannot be trusted to fulfill its promises or provide adequate assistance to its customers. I strongly advise others to avoid this platform if they expect fair treatment and timely payouts.

Just got to my £50 reward ready to payout and they have deleted my account with no explanation and no contact. It doesn’t even email me a new password when I enter my email. Avoid at all costs, I’m so disappointed!

Have been using it for a while and whilst the smaller pay outs have been received, I had requested one a MONTH ago for $100 and its still saying processing. I have emailed numerous times and no one responds. Even requested a smaller amount of $3 and still saying processing!

When I started it Works verry well. But now I have pay out over 30 euro’s and didnt get any of it! I used always pay pall but it keep saying in proces..
When you e-mail you dont get any replay!
Verry bad custumer service!

This is the second time this happens. I have lost 15€ with this app, one was because they changed the payout points required on the PayPal option but I saw an Apple Pay one where I thought they send you the money to some apple account, but it turns out it was only money to spend on the Apple Store not real money, and if you make a mistake you just lose the points that take months to obtain. And today I finally gathered enough points to get a 5€ payout but I put the email wrong with outlook instead of Hotmail, however it said that it had still been sent to my email even though that email doesn’t exist, simple as that. So I messaged them to see if I could change the email or something because that payout hasn’t been sent anywhere, it’s in limbo now. And they refused to let me by saying something about their anti fraud policy, even though this email doesn’t exist, they wouldn’t be able to find it or send anything to it, and the app should detect that. Or if someone mistakenly inserted an old email they no longer have access to there should be ways of helping them. Anyway I won’t be losing anymore points with them as I’m uninstalling, they support system is terrible and as an app they should do better

Same as some of the other reviews. Got some smaller payouts but awaiting a response for a bigger payout and no answer whatsoever despite multiple emails. Save your time and try one of the other tester apps

Have previously received payouts no problem but not any more. I have tried to receive £50 since Friday 4th April for completing 5200 levels of a game. And it has just been showing as payment ‘processing’ since then, I have sent screenshots and 3 emails all which have been ignored. They may pay you a few times to lure you in it seems, so unless you want to waste weeks of your precious life playing levels of a game that is quite boring then AVOID like the plague

Always had a good experience with this app. Never had any issues with cashing out. I've used Paypal and Amazon Vouchers, always received promptly.

Some of the games are a bit time consuming to get points, but I've never really minded as I just play whilst watching TV.

Probably cashed out about £60 in the past 8 months.

Have used in past no problems. However now vouchers aren’t being received and just being shown as still processing . Customer service never replies!

Rubbish. They don’t pay out and customer service doesn’t exist!

I got a total of 75 dollars (AUD) from this app, but that was after playing for a while. I thought it was a good experience because very few apps really pay out in Australia due to some policies about online gaming with real money. Even after the app was no longer available on the App Store, I still got my last 10 dollars into my PayPal. They now operate thru a website, testerbuddy.com, I’ve downloaded 2 games so far and will see if I can withdraw 10 dollars again to check if the pay out is still legit.

I agree on here it does not award points it completely stopped. I wasted a lot of time getting nowhere. It isn’t even offered in the App Store anymore
