The Testicular Cancer Foundation (TCF) is the only full-time staffed nonprofit in the United States dedicated exclusively to testicular cancer — the most commonly diagnosed cancer among males ages 15 to 35. Our mission is to provide education, support, and resources that save lives through early detection and empower every patient, survivor, and caregiver navigating this disease. We exist because young men often don't know the warning signs, don't talk about what's happening with their bodies, and don't always know where to turn after a diagnosis. TCF changes that. Through plain-language education, peer support, and a community built by survivors, we make sure no one faces testicular cancer alone. What we do: Education & Awareness — Free resources on self-exams, symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship, available any time at testicularcancer.org. Peer Support — Weekly Thursday Zoom calls, a private Discord community, and one-on-one connections with survivors who've been there. The Cojone Club — A survivor-led community that turns lived experience into mentorship, advocacy, and real conversations that save lives. Events — The annual TCF Summit, local survivor meetups, and Awareness Month campaigns that bring our community together in person and online. Research — Building one of the only longitudinal datasets on the testicular cancer patient journey, from first symptom through long-term survivorship. We're here for patients, survivors, partners, parents, family, and friends — every step of the way.

Amazing organization, their programs for survivors and patients are incredible.
This company has spent years cultivating an environment where men experiencing a testicular cancer diagnosis feel supported, informed, and welcomed. They personally got me through one of the scariest chapters of my life, and I came out on the other side more well-equipped to deal with life after a chronic illness diagnosis.
From the weekly calls, to the annual meetups in tourist destinations like Las Vegas, there is ample opportunity to meet individuals with the same diagnosis and bond rather than commiserate, building life-long friendships and a support system that will help you navigate whatever this illness has to throw at you.
They prioritize equitability: making sure everyone that wants to attend can, whether you’re in a position to do so currently or not, the people here always work diligently to accommodate each other.
As someone not affiliated with the organization, but deeply appreciative of it, I hope that one day every person diagnosed with testicular cancer will become aware that this organization exists and these people are here to help in whatever way they can.
Great organization doing important work to raise awareness and support those affected by testicular cancer. Highly recommend supporting their mission!
The TCF helped us (my husband and me) when my husband was diagnosed with cancer.
Testicular Cancer Foundation has been an incredible resource for patients, caregivers, and providers of Testicular Cancer. I got to know the team in December 2017. Since then, TCF has been encouraging and supportive, and provides great ways to share the TCF mission across the country. I am honored to volunteer and be a lifelong supporter with TCF and spread the word about this so that all families have resources during their testicular cancer journey.
I’ve been attending TCF events and donating to them for 7 years, a year after I was diagnosed with TC. This organization holds a national level summit for survivors, thrivers, fighters, and caregivers annually along with several smaller regional meet ups. They strive to make sure young men and their families get the care and support they need and that no one fights alone. The affect TCF has had on my family has been tremendous, and I am so thankful that my wife suggested attending their summit in 2019.
Their Discord server is the best place for people going through it, the community is very active and full of really helpful and kind people. Helped me pull through and keep calm, and that has no price, I'm forever grateful.
TCF is life changing for survivors, caregivers and men that are going through a potential diagnosis. The flagship Summit I have attended twice and it’s hands down the best event I have attended across my lifetime. It’s not only educational but emotional, fun and eye opening. Beyond the summit other meet ups are crucial for getting guys thru this dreadful disease. TCF also offers an incredible community on Discord and weekly zoom calls where we support each other. I have been active in those avenues and find value to figuring out how to navigate not only my journey but provide support for guys going through theirs. I will continue to support the organization for as long as I live.
