These people deceived us about helping my daughter with her SAT and they STOPED answering our emails after they took the $2900. Please BE CAREFUL!

They won't pick up their phones and their email. it is scam

My son failed to get the 200+ point improvement on his SAT, and he just missed the 1500 score. He did do all the work he was assigned and met with his tutor for all of his sessions. I requested a refund on March 27th and got a one line reply on March 30th saying that the refund was approved and that I should look out for the refund on the following Monday. I emailed them back on April 5th and 7th and have not had any further correspondence from them. Needless to say my refund has not been processed. I called the 1-855-762-5697 number but a recorded message just pointed me back to the email address I've been writing to. I'm disappointed that I have not received my refund and that no one from TestRocker has emailed me back to explain why.

READ THIS! Test rocker is a scam. go to the Better Business Bureau and read the reviews/complaints. The BBB status is "unable to locate business". Its a shell company. Their is no management or customer service. My daughter was promised the refund of her $2000+ class because of the "200 point SAT guarantee" and i'm emailing with no response for over a week regarding the $2k refund. They have no real phone number or sales team. Anyways, now i'm stuck figuring out how to file a small claims court case against them. May need to get an attorney involved. On top of that. The actual course was disorganized and not much better than buying an SAT study book. Please save your time, money and aggravation and stay away from Test Rocker.

ALSO try calling them. They just steer you to a general email address. ZERO customer service.

OUR DAUGHTER’S MATH SCORE ACTUALLY WENT DOWN ON THE ACT AFTER USING TEST ROCKER! (100% true and a verified purchase)

We purchased Test Rocker in May 2022, and were told by their salesperson in multiple phone conversations going back to May 2022 that if we weren't happy, we could get a refund. This is back when they used to actually answer the phone at 201-801-3138. She (the salesperson) repeatedly stressed that they had a money back guarantee if we weren’t happy. Needless to say, Test Rocker has been an utter disaster! A definite waste of over $500!

We haven't been happy at all! We have repeatedly requested help and documented several challenges from me (parent) and our daughter via calls and multiple emails during the tutoring process from June through September 2022 (ie daughter was registered for classes but repeatedly not getting the links (and they were not in spam, etc) then, they blame us for their tech issues or incompetence. This is only a tiny fraction of the real problem.

The real problem is that Test Rocker has instructors that are nearly impossible to understand (a substantial language barrier). Neither her or I could understand them when they taught, let alone trying to explain a complex subject like math. Our daughter’s scores actually went DOWN after getting tutored by Test Rocker! Oh, and the worse part, is that the math instructors also give conflicting information from instructor to instructor.

Our daughter (who has a 4.31 GPA, and will graduate in May 2023 with her associate’s degree in hand) still tried to power through as much as she could but finally had to self-teach what she could when Test Rocker continued to fail her and not deliver on their promises. We had so many issues when she was trying to get final assistance before her second ACT test attempt in September. She did her part, registered, was sitting and ready to learn, asked questions, and we both tried to get help, but Test Rocker failed. BEWARE!

So, we relied on the promise made by their sales person and requested a refund in writing. After ~6 weeks of repeated emails, they finally replied and refused the request. Yet, they refuse to acknowledge any of our documented concerns over the last several months with tech, incompetent instructors, language barrier, etc. They never answer the phone now. They don’t reply to emails or Facebook messages either. I went into to check to see if our daughter’s account had any correspondence regarding the refund, and now they locked us out of the account. That’s great business model or is it a scam? The definition of scam is “a confidence game to make a quick profit.” Hard to say. They won't respond.

Unfortunately, our only option now is to warn other parents who genuinely want the best for their kids about Test Rocker and tell of our experiences as a very dis-satisfied consumer. Beware of Test Rocker!

The site was interactive and the modules helped me understand concepts better.

My time with testrocker was satisfying and helped me progress to better learning.
The frequent practice and work helped me master topics that came on the test.
The modules did help me learn through repeated practice.
The videos were crucial in my understanding of the subject matter.
My class experience was very good, the tutors guided me very well throughout the course. Their clarification and traching methods were effective.

I would rate testrocker a 6/5.

I would recommend others to engage interest in Testrocker.

Teat rocker videos are well-structured. After watching video's their are questions based on difficulty level and for any doubts in those questions we can book mark and ask for clarification during class.The strategy classes are good where tutors discuss and review where we went wrong and explain topic in detailed.Also provide some tips that help during exam.

Overall my experience with testrocker was great. The concept videos helped me in understanding the concepts and the different question types. The tips and strategies given in the classes were useful and even improved my confidence.

Testrocker has greatly helped me to improve my studies in school. The modules in English and Maths have helped me to improve a lot in those subjects. The concept videos were also very useful. The tutors were also very supportive and were always encouraging. They were always ready to clear my doubts in the live classes. I would really recommend TestRocker to my friends.

Test rockers is the best for sat . The modules they have are very challenging and it builds a harder understanding of every chapter in maths strategies provided by them are very helpful.

I have been using TestRocker since last year and have been using it to prepare for my PSAT. So far the program has been beneficial for my PSAT preparations and academics in school. The interactive classes are a great way to clarify doubts and the website allows you to keep track of where help is needed. The concept videos are also informative and provide a good understanding. The program has definitely been helpful and has given me a good practice for my upcoming test.

The testrocker modules and concept videos were extremely helpful in making me understand concepts I hadn't studied previous in a very easy manner. The teachers were also very helpful in terms of giving tips and tricks and helping me understand how to tackle a particular type of question. Lastly, the practice quizzes and tests really helped me improve my timings and speed along with accuracy.

I only spent one month with TestRocker, nevertheless, my score improved by 80 points. The modules substantially enhanced my skills and the tutors taught me the most effective tips to work around the questions and save time. Overall, a very positive experience and I would definitely recommend it to everyone trying to obtain or improve their SAT score.

Test rockers are really awesome.
They keep regular track of my kid's progress in SAT preparation.they are very helpful and guide parents too to support the kid to perform better. the modules are updated and very well structured.so the students doesnt need to go in search of materials and explanation videos.in this way the time can be utilized effectively.
