Must be a fraudulent company, doesn't assist, allows now posting on any of their social media, doesn't respond with any technical support. No way of speaking to a technical support person.

I saw warning signs when they couldn’t provide performance graphs, and gave incorrect and inconsistent answers on technical questions. Then I read all the reviews here, thanks so much guys for sharing your experiences. I was being sucked in by the great performance offered, and the professional presentation, but if it seems too good to be true, it probably is!

do not buy from this company, they take your money, lock your account and get away with it.

Please please please!! Do not use this company, they are a scam. Paid for a turbine, not received controller unit and have now closed my complaint without even speaking to me, completely ignored!

I was very interested in this companies products, however after asking a technical question about suitability, I found that the only method of communication was through a 3rd party helpdesk.

NO Company Address
NO Company Email (3rd party only)
NO online chat
NO company registration to be found

My online account with them is locked out & cannot be reset, I guess they don't like technical questions.
All attempts to re-set or sign in are blocked, the emails (bot generated?) just tell me to login.

It is virtually impossible to deal with a company that hides all the usual means of communication.

Do not buy from this company. It's probably a scam. No buddy answer and we wait more than 4-5 months

order number # 10215 paid for the products 5 months ago but haven't received it .they are keep saying they are still producing the product . be careful from this scammer .

I ordered and paid for my turbine first of February 2024, still no delivery, send tons of inquiries, and when I send email lately, they refer to my account but the LOGIN WAS DISABLED, and even after trying to change password, they state they had too many attempts to change (but I never did before). I filed complaint with the BBB, as they are a scam!!! Surely NOT a company you can trust ...

My review is for the magnum 5, please avoid as it will bring you a world of heart ache and pain. Very poorly constructed and assembled with blades consistently snapping, tail fin rusting and snapping, all very cheaply put together. At no point did it produce the claimed KW and we have good wind here. Please avoid this product, has made a good garden ornament..now going into the bin.

Ther product Tesup Magnum 5 15 months old blade snapped? 2 years warrantee. They refuse to replace them. So many emails and pictures but they still refuse. Service poor, product quality poor, they dont honour warentee. Stay away, save yourself the pain and disapointment!. They shouldnt be alowed to sell anything!

Yep one star is far to complementary for this company the fact that they are still trading is beyond me. They have taken my money.and for some reason they are making excuses on sending me my home inverter. 8 months people and ever email is ordimated. A true scam company.
Received money for two orders more than three months ago and have not delivered anything yet.
I propose to organize a class action lawsuit by all affected customers against the founders and management of the company.

please read this before you spend your money i have been told that i have lost my case to get my money back from tesup because i did not give them dater showing the wind speed from my turbine
but as my turbine do,s not gather dater there was no way i could send them any dater but more to the point the turbine has never turned in any wind all time i have had it .and know they only massege you on there site so you can not get a copey of your emails .so do not buy from them

If i can do -5 Stars i would do it. Bought 1, did not worked, request technical help and they did not do anything. I let it tested and the engine just does not work. It is a SCAM - it doe snot WORK!

First of all took forever for turbine to be delivered and a month later I finally received the inverter. After building the turbine and installing it, the turbine never turned ever in strong winds. After various contact with customer service try only 3 fins etc still to no avail, contact tesup again only told to get a wind speed meter and send a video to which I tried on numerous occasions finally gave up. Stripped fins of top and connected a drill to generator part to see if it could generate power to my surprise it could at 100v on controller managed to power inverter and produce 80w no where near the 5 kW quoted. Drill managed to keep a steady speed but can't see the wind ever managing to turn it
Do not buy waste of money

I've left a review on these muppets here before and they had the audacity to a) confirm who I was and then b) "respond" with a load of platitudes about getting in touch with their customer support to resolve the situation.
Well, why not, I'll give them a chance to redeem themselves...
What a joke.
I sent in my email, requiring a refund for the undelivered inverter and the turbine that never worked and fell to pieces. They asked for a video. I said I want a refund for undelivered inverter and sent pics of self-destructed turbine in situ (I'd since removed it). They ignore the inverter and ask for a video of the turbine again. I again explain what I wanted. Same again.
So I tried to break it down into 2 parts - inverter refund and then turbine.
Can I have the refund I was promised by Elene (I think she's now moved on) in September? We're just finishing our new inverter and will send it out to you in 2 weeks time. I don't want an inverter, I want a refund. This happened twice more before... You can't have a refund as it is against our terms and conditions. Distance Selling laws in UK trump your T&Cs. We're closing this ticket!
I am of the opinion that this company is basically just fraudulent and will be taking further steps to see that they are shut down forthwith.

I really wanted to believe in this company and it's products.. but the reviews are correct.. this company and it's products are totally useless and possible fake.

I ordered a Hera Vertical wind turbine in December 2023 and paid for it.

Eventually on the 1st Feb I received a V7 turbine.

With the help of an electrical engineer friend we constructed it according to "The Book" by Tesup.

This is to be an off grid setup.

Apparently the V7 has an in built charge controller to you can connect it directly to a battery pack for storage of power. It says this on page 45 of "The Book". There is even a picture.

So we duly followed the instructions and connected the turbine directly to a 12v battery system.

The tried to pair the Turbine with the My Tesup app.

NO.... dead... nothing...

Contacted support...

this was the response

"Yes, 12 V battery stops the wind turbine and wind pushed and damage the wind turbine.
Wind turbines require constant consumption at all times.
Our wind turbines can charge an average 12 V battery in minutes and then can not turn anymore once the battery is full.

Wind turbines require free flow and constant consumption which batteries do no offer.

Thank you. "

So apparently stopping the turbine spinning when the battery is full breaks the turbine..

Many request for a replacement as the product is not fit for purpose even according to their own documentation or more likely that the turbine was DOA as we couldn't pair to it because I can not believe that on a day when the windspeed was less than 5m sec that instant you connect the turbine to a 12v battery that isn't fully charged you blow the turbine up.

I believe that is a right load of B*******.
