Over promises and very much underdelivers. Support is poor, hardware is so variable, product is trying to be too much too to many. Let's you down when you need it most and then no support. 1 month yo fix an issue in a security product is just unacceptable
I have had Tether Technology Ltd’s Tetherbox and cloud platform on my CCTV system for 8 months now and it’s just fantastic. All my CCTV (installed professionally by one of Tether’s Gold Partner installers, Applewood) visible on one easy-to-use dashboard, monitoring the health of my whole security system (and telling me when it’s had a power outage or internet dropped), recording footage that I can scroll through whenever I want, and alerting me to events real-time. I can access the Tether dashboard via browser or app from any device, anywhere and at any time and see what’s going on live. It’s such good value.
