I PLACED AN ORDER FOR SOME INTEGRA HUMIDITY PODS WITH FAST AND FREE SHIPPING. I RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL, MY CARD WAS CHARGED, THEN NOTHING!!!!

I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. I TRIED CONTACTING THEM THROUGH EMAIL, THROUGH MESSAGE, THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA.

NO RESPONSE!!!!

DO NOT SEND YOUR MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE. YOU WILL LOSE IT.

Don't be fooled, these guys are so terrible they have to have several on line sites that they make seem like you have a choice. tetrameds, vapemood, Dabix...the truth is that all of these virtual storefronts are the same company, they do this because their products are absolute garbage, and they love to bait and switch. Do yourself a favor and order from a more reputable company. #dabix #tetrameds #vapemood

got the wrong item. was charged for it. asked multiple times over multiple days via email and phone call on how to get a refund, no response. screw this im going to the bank ive done more than enuf to show i dont want the items because its not what i ordered.

Ordered turbo extractcraft. Had two charges on my PayPal account for 630.90. With two day shipping. Order 68006 was refunded. Made another order and see the charge 630.90 for the product but no order number. Not getting anyone on phone when calling customer service no answers from anyone

Do not buy from this company. They offer a lifetime warranty on their Dabbix batteries which ALWAYS break and getting help when it comes to returning them is next to impossible. I am looking at 6 I have in front of me, none of which work and I have contacted the company twice - no response. I have returned batteries several times and have not even received my replacement. The first and second time, you get attention - after that - forget about it. Horrible.

I have tried placing an order 3 separate times now and every single time, my order has been cancelled without any sort or request or prior notification. The third time I placed the order, I received a text message the next morning requesting additional info. Immediately after receiving the text, I received another saying my order was cancelled. Is it even possible to make a purchase from this site? Order #67414 is my most recent order.

It’s been 8 days since I ordered a Gpen connect and I thought we got free 5-7 day shipping?!

I ordered three 5 packs of slant cartridges 1mil on 1/1/2020 received on 1/4/2020. Order # 65257

On 1/5/2020 I notified them on their website contact link that one was defective, on 5 different brands/models of batteries cartridge would not work. On all batteries the power light blinked as if battery was in need of a charge (all were fully charged), this destroyed a Dabix Labs Stinger Vaporizer. Stinger has a Red light while charging and a Blue light while drawing on a cartridge, now while charging both blue and red lights are on making the light purple and when taken off charge blue light stays on continuously and does NOT work/vape until total discharge. As of 1/15/2020 they have STILL NOT RESPONDED. BE WARNED.

02-23-20 STILL NO response at all from this company.

I love my replacement glass!!! Tetrameds was 1/2 the cost of other retailers, who carry the same products. I had a running bet with My friend that had dropped my piece and was ordering a replacement that I would get my shipment from Tetrameds before she would receive her order.. She and I simultaneously placed our orders, She purchased from the "Puffco Peak" site and paid for identical priority shipping. My order from Tetrameds was delivered FIRST for half the cost of most all competitors. of course this is a great quality product. I am very happy with my purchase!
