Super Tragekomfort, toller Sound!

There are no words to describe product quality, packaging, service and naturally the "Teufel-Sound" - just bought the 2nd set for my son and won't be embarrassed. Keep it up Teufel.

Easy to navigate and friendly to understand

Needed to replace my 12 year old home theatre system and researched every Internet resource to find the perfect system and found Teufel.
I've bought the Ultima 40 Dolby atmos with the DENON X2800H.
2 part delivery arrived earlier than expected. One speaker was damaged slightly in transit. I wrote to Teufel with photos of the damage and within a couple of hours received the return instructions and free replacement.
Fantastic service so far and the quality of the product...., just fantastic!
Took me a few hours to setup and fine tune the setup and then the DENON receiver but time well spent!
The sound quality is insane for the price point, deep bass, clear crisp high tones and the surround dolby atmos which is a delight, even for my 7 year old.
For me, rarely does everything work well straight out of the box but this was flawless.
Once everything was setup the receiver did its bit and everything just worked.
Will update more after a few months of use but so far, I can highly recommend it!

Sound is incredible and the quality is amazing whether loud or quiet. Great value for the price.
Customer service is also tip top too!

I purchased the CD Receiver KB 62 from the (B-Ware) Perfect new Unit, no scratches nothing visual on the unit. Perfect sounding with my Paradign STudio 60 speakers. The CD player works great. I have no connection to te DAB+ as of right now its says no signal. I will try and get it connected soon. I love the unit, it a 100% perfect upgrade for me. Will recommend

I was looking for a compact internet radio for our kitchen. Good sound quality was a must. Have read a lot of information and review. I was just ready to buy the product of another brand, but discovered that USB port there can be used only for smartphone charging, not for mp3 files playing. And then have I found the Teufel. Never heard about this brand before, and frankly speaking would not like to have the word "devil" at home in any form) But fortunately the firm does not draw the devil with horns on their products, so I decided to ignore this name and focus on the technical features.
I liked the description of Radio 3SIXTY as well as the price and ordered this product online in white color. After a week the radio was in the kitchen and I enjoyed the sound and the way I can operate it via the smartphone App.
To test all options I tried to play songs from my phone via bluetooth and oops.. Both the radio and the phone were not able to see each other to be pairing. So I wrote to the support. They answered the next day (that for Germany, as I can judge, is very fast!)) and gave me some recommendations what to do. In short, in two days the issue was solved and I can confirm that now all functions are working as it was declared.
All in all: a good product, a very good and friendly service and quite satisfied myself)) Thanks!

Amazing surround sound set with great price!.. Totally recommended!!

Good Shop & Polite Support for me is the only thing that matters. For the rec. I've already bought Home Cinema Speakers, Headsets and Bluetooth Speaker.

Some of the important facts are:
- The online shop is very good and has a nice overview.
-The order arrives very fast... and if you have any problem, their support service is there for you.
-If I had any problems with the products, them was solved real quick.

This is the most advanced brand I've seen so far. Always trying to put out the best products.

-You can return the products within 8 weeks. Most of the time the headphones doesn't fit right.
-The most devices are also able to get updated over a USB input. So I hope this review is, because I'll eventually add something to it.

I just suggest to get familiar with what model build of speaker they're selling right now, some are better and worse. Sometimes they mark it 2020 Edition or something. Recently they also sell products of other pretty good trustworthy brands in their shop. That's all about my experience, thanks for reading!

The sound quality of these headphones is solid for the price, however I find the Teufel Airy uncomfortable to wear for longer periods of time. I bought them specifically for the "ultra soft" padding around the ears, so this was a big issue for me.
Unfortunately, instead of returning them immediately, I kept them, because I was thinking "maybe I'll still use them" and because of Teufel's generous refund policy.

Then when I finally decided to return the order it was already a couple of weeks after the refund period had ended.

Customer service told me "we already gave you this generous 8 week window to test the product, so now we won't give you a refund".
Of course it is within their right to enforce their policies like this, but I was still very disappointed by this.

Around the same time, a problem occured where my left speaker would sometimes not work, which I also inquired support for, but to this inquiry they didn't respond at all.

Overall, I would not recommend buying from this company, but if you choose to do so, closely monitor your return window.
