Texas Criminal Defense Group: A Cautionary Tale

Texas Criminal Defense Group: A Cautionary Tale
Let's be blunt: engaging this firm wasn't simply a legal misstep – it was an eleven-month exercise in professional negligence that actively harmed a client with a straightforward, first-offense case.

Forget diligent representation. This firm demonstrated a pattern of blatant disrespect, consistently arriving nearly an hour late to court hearings, only to request continuances. This wasn't an isolated incident; it was the standard operating procedure.

But incompetence doesn’t end with tardiness. Rather than building a defense, these lawyers seemed intent on conceding guilt from the outset, focusing solely on the BAC level and effectively acting as the prosecution. Crucially, they withheld vital information – including court correspondence regarding a full cash bail refund – leaving the client to navigate the system alone. While others completed a diversion program within 90 days, this client languished.

Consider this a stark warning: the Texas Criminal Defense Group doesn’t offer legal assistance; it offers a potential path to self-inflicted legal disaster. Proceed with extreme caution – your freedom may depend on it.
