Texas Neurology / Dr. El-Feky / BEYOND RUDE!

Do NOT ever use Dr. Waleed El-Feky of Texas Neurology!! He did an EMG/nerve conduction study on me and “diagnosed” me with foot dystonia without ever testing that area. He said I needed Botox injections for my foot. After going home and signing into the app they provided, I discovered many discrepancies from my visit. I reached out to his office and they were UNBELIEVABLY RUDE! The nurse, the department who filed claims and the “RN” who follows through with claims all stated that I was to have Botox for cervical dystonia ( I don't have either)! They never sent more information to insurance so of course it was denied. When speaking to his office the “RN” stated, “I didn’t know there was any other type of dystonia.” When I finally spoke with Dr. El-Feky about the problems, he was just as rude (if not ruder) than his staff! Obviously a case of “FOLLOW THE LEADER” and the fact that he has a narcissistic personality. He told me I should find another neurologist. I was 2 steps ahead of this horrendous place and found out my problem is due to severe nerve entrapment!
