Very poor customer service

My experience with Texell has been very poor. The customer service has been consistently declining over the past 10-20 years. It went from a smaller, customer focused Credit Union to more of a corporate bank.

Texell has made many serious errors in my account recently, that resulted in the balance being inaccurate. I had to speak with a number of supervisors, management, and leadership who seemed to be trying to help, but were consistently providing inaccurate and conflicting information. Unfortunately, this led me to interacting with the CFO, David, who didn’t take any consideration of how Texell’s mistakes put me in a financially hard situation and withdrew a large sum of money from my account right before bills were due for the end/beginning of the month. This basic lack of concern or acknowledgment of how their errors impacted me, with the lack of communication to figure out a plan that wouldn’t impact my mortgage and ability to pay bills, helped me decide to move my business elsewhere.
