Easy and fast process. The amount given for the books is too small. In fact, it is disrespectful for the costumer especially knowing you will receive a lot more when you resell them.

Untrustworthy company
I put all of the books they accepted into ONE box. Today I received an email stating that they only received one book. Impossible and a lie. Very untrustworthy company.
UPDATE:
They claim that the books must have fell out in transit, even after I watched my local postal clerk tape it very well. The person emailing me from Textbook Cashback claimed that the company receives EMPTY boxes all the time. Where are the review of unhappy customers? I want to hear from you! How many people are getting scammed OUT OF THEIR MONEY because this company is shrugging and saying, "Oh well, there's nothing you can do."
