Horrible company, took my money and ignored me

CLOSED MY ACCOUNT £100+ CREDIT GONE WITH NO WARNING

Deleted my account without any warning which had over £100 credit on the account.

Claimed that it hadn't been logged into for 12 months when it had been.

How can you take £100 from someone and not even give them chance to get it back, no warning of deletion email, no refund, nothing basically theft, that money is now gone, they were replying to emails every few minutes now nothing just ignoring my emails now.

DO NOT USE.

Excellent drop ship service ,high recommended. sales dept is very organised and efficient.

We have used MediaBurst before for email to MMS conversion. We ceased that product line from our business as we changed what services we offered.
Now we use their Textburst platform to notify our customers when their repairs have been completed, or to update them if we are awaiting parts or need further info etc.
It's fast and reliable with added benefit of a contacts database.
Couldn't ask for more really!!

As a small company TextBurst is ideal for us. We are able to keep in touch with our members for a very small cost. Also as it is 'pay as you go' we are always in control of how much we spend.

Exactly what we needed.

We run a drug and alcohol rehab service and as such need a professional and centralised text messaging service that isn't linked to one staff member's mobile number.

The integration into my WooCommerce website is brilliant and simple to setup. A very good tool to offer customers SMS updates and adds that extra bit of professionalism to my website.

We needed an online texting service to test our SMS connector software that is used in contact centres throughout Britain. I found the text burst service exceptional with such a clean interface it is a dream to use and the pay as you go structure makes it ideal to manage costs.
My account manager "Jo" is always on hand and responds within minutes of a query and the support team are always so polite and quick to respond to any issues i have.

We wanted to use text messaging to inform our members about up coming events and items of interest-very often members do not log onto our website as often as they check their mobile phones!
We particularly liked the PAYG option which for a small club like ours should enable us to tailor our purchases to our needs and increase usage as demand dictates without having to buy into an expensive business tariff.
Easy to use and so far we are very happy.

We use mediabust with wordpress ecommerce Jigoshop and it is so easy to install and maintain. We will use mediaburst for all our text messaging purposes.

As a novice when it comes to SMS marketing, I tried a few companies. Mediaburst had a fantastic, user friendly system which had all the standard features in a clean design.

Their reporting suite is informative, relevant and realtime.

I found their staff to be useful when needed, but never got a pushy sales call, which quite frankly is my pet hate.

Not only do I now use them regularly, I have reccomended them to all my colleagues and friends, so no doubt they will be equally as impressed!!

Extremely useful in terms of contacting our learners as they will often not respond to voicemail etc.
