I have been receiving automatic charges every two weeks for a service that I am not using and have not authorized. Be careful to add your credit card as this company charges every time you click on buttons.
Additional information: It took me an entire month to identify who was charging my card because the billing statement reads "Pagosonline*dl" instead of your company’s name. This lack of transparency makes it unnecessarily difficult for customers to track their expenses.
I only discovered the source of the charge while attempting to log in, unsubscribe, and delete my account from your website, which I do not use. I entered and clicked a button by mistake yesterday. The website did not ask for a confirmation or verify if I accepted the terms; it processed the payment immediately. After checking my bank account, the timing matched and I was charged $35 USD from Pagosonline*dl.
To make matters worse, there are no invoices available on your website, making it even harder to identify where these charges originate.
Update june 24= I requested to delete and cancel my account, but your company is still charging me $20 USD. This is very disappointing. Be careful to add your credit card as this company.
My bank confirmed that the $20 USD under "Pagosonlinedl" was a returned credit, which matches the email refund confirmation I received from this company. I have successfully received this refund, and ever since I canceled the service, I have not received any new charges under "Pagosonlinedl". The issue is now finally resolved.

We understand that bank notifications can be confusing, especially when a transaction, refund, or pending payment update appears with a delay.
However, we would like to clarify that your subscription was cancelled, your account deletion request was processed, and we also processed a refund for the latest payment we were able to identify as connected to your TextGuard account.
You mentioned in your update that you were still charged $19.99 on June 24. Please carefully check whether this transaction is actually a new charge or whether it may be the refund/credit related to the payment we already processed from our side.
Banks can show payment updates, pending transactions, posted transactions, and refunds in different ways. For this reason, we kindly ask that conclusions about “new charges” are made only after checking whether the bank entry is a debit or a credit.
We also want to clarify that when you contacted our support team, we reviewed the information available in our system and took action based on the records we could verify.
From your side, we have not received any screenshot or bank statement confirming a separate new successful charge after the cancellation, account deletion request, and refund. This proof could have been provided to our support team directly so we could review it properly.
Instead, the review was updated with additional accusations, while no supporting payment evidence was provided to us.
We also want to repeat that TextGuard does not charge users simply for clicking buttons. A purchase requires a payment flow where the amount is shown before the payment is completed. Clicking around the website, unsubscribing, or deleting an account does not automatically create new subscription charges.
Regarding the descriptor “Pagosonline*dl” mentioned in your review, this does not match our billing descriptor. Based on that descriptor alone, we cannot confirm that such a charge was processed by TextGuard.
At this stage, our support team has cancelled your subscription, processed your account deletion request, noted your communication preferences, and refunded the latest payment we were able to identify as connected to your TextGuard account.
If you believe there is still a separate new successful charge after the cancellation and refund, please contact our support team with a bank screenshot showing the transaction date, amount, debit/credit status, and merchant descriptor, with sensitive card details hidden.
We will review it again, but based on the actions already completed from our side, we believe the matter has been resolved.
