Reliable and Easy to Use
We really enjoy using Textline. Our agents find the interface to be incredibly user-friendly and the metrics have never faltered. Errors are minimal and usually resolved within a couple hours. Customer service is quick to respond and always helpful. Only feedback - I do wish the shortcut library would sort alphabetically as opposed to chronologically, though.

Textline is easy to use
Textline is easy to use. I use it everyday at work and it's great to be able to see all the information my team needs in one place. Occasionally we have issues with sending and receiving texts but in my experience it has never lasted more than a few hours.
It can cost you your business
Super reliable and worst customer service. Past two months I been realizing many messages go through from Twilio but it doesn't get shown on textline!!. zapier integration also did not work for over 10 days. My whole company depends on webhook and zapier. i was not even notified about the system being fualty. Paying over $2k in google ads and realizing for 10 days your new leads are not even getting reached to you.
Interface is fairly intuitive
Interface is fairly intuitive, but it's missing some basic functions which require an account upgrade. Also, it would be very useful if Contacts could be re-imported with a unique tag without wiping out that Contact's existing tags.
