I’ve sent opt in messages but only 3 were delivered. I
Reached out via chat and it’s says no one is in but they will get back via email. And I’m still waiting on a response

Horrible customer experience. No one will answer questions or respond.

Doesn't work in uk, I reached out immediately afterwards whilst signing up as I realised there was no option for UK numbers, I have provided them already with my card details and they have taken payment but I need to cancel and have had zero response.

This company is really gtreat about getting you set-up and texting your community without making you suffer through all the red tape. Plus, the platform just makes a ton of sense and you can do a lot of powerful stuff right from the app.

Authentication process takes too long. Other products are able to allow you to use the app immediately

IT DOESN'T WORK. The app is flawed. It literally sent 3 messages when I only sent one. It's so glitchy and I've discussed it with the team and they tried to blame me. They said it was a user error. I literally sent one message and the user got 3 of the same message. The experience has been awful.

best customer service. Ever.

What a great way to connect with an audience of any size! There's so much value with this great tool!

Sean was great to ask questions and gave me good information, stuff I hadn't thought of. He is easy to reach out to and answers back right away!

TextSanity is one of the best text messaging platforms by far. Not only do they provide a litany of text messaging tools included in your account, but great customer service! They make sure you’re comfortable with the platform and provide any guidance you may need. They have how-to videos on each of one their tools which is extremely useful in addition to blog posts about how you can use their tools to better your business. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family.

So far I am satisfied with Textsanity and its software.

1)wont import my contact list,
2) keeps saying that a phone number is already used when i only added 2 contacts MANUALLY! not automatically imported.
3) 5 different contacts with different phone numbers would not allow them to be added.
4) difficult to get help when needed. got more phone calls to purchase the product then after the purchase.

Best lead company out there and I've tried them all. Sean is the best and will walk u thru whatever u need help with.

This program is very easy to use and navigate through. It fit our needs perfectly!!
