Extremely Greedy and Disappointing Service! Absolute Rip-off!
I bought a temporary number for just $2.00, but because of an emergency, I couldn't activate it exactly on time. When I went back to reactivate it, I was completely shocked to see their "Reactivation Preview." They are trying to charge me a ridiculous $10.00 reactivation fee plus extra duration fees, bringing the total to a whopping $14.88 just to reuse a $2 number!
This is nothing short of daylight robbery and an absolute rip-off. Their pricing structure is hidden, unfair, and designed to scam users out of their money if they miss a tiny window. The website is completely useless and anti-consumer. Save your time and money—you are much better off using a reliable service like Call.com instead of wasting a single cent on Textverified. Avoid at all costs!

We don’t want you paying for credits you didn’t receive. We always recommend reaching out to your credit card company first as sometimes a payment may look like it went through, but does not in the end. Your credit card company can usually let you know what happened and how long to wait before being concerned.

We’ve since added a quantity count that shows how many lines are currently in stock for each service. This gives you a much clearer view of the available inventory before starting a verification and is designed to prevent this kind of experience going forward.
If you funded your account specifically for a verification you weren’t able to complete, our US-based support team can also review the transaction with you.

Good Service! I was honestly a bit worried before trying TextVerified because I saw a lot of negative reviews on Trustpilot. At first, I didn’t really trust the service and thought it might not work as expected.
But I decided to give it a try anyway and I’m glad I did. The service actually worked perfectly for me. The number was delivered quickly, and the verification process went smoothly without any issues.
In my experience, everything functioned as advertised. So despite the negative reviews I saw initially, my personal experience with TextVerified has been positive. It worked, and I would use it again if needed.

Decent solution for the very few that actually need it.
Very nice service for a niche group of people. I have to do a lot of sms verifications on different websites for my business and I don't like using my real phone number because of the risks involved with that. That is why I checked out textverified.
You get charged $0.25-$1.00 per single verification code and you have 5 minutes to sign up. It took a couple tries to get used to but it's actually very efficient and easy once you get the hang of it. If you're looking for a secondary permanent phone number this is not the service for you as they only
do sms verifications.
The reason I'm not giving this 5 stars is because as I mentioned before you only have 5 minutes and you only get one code unless you pay a little more. It's incredibly easy to mess up and having to completely start over and spend another $0.50/$1.00 each time seems very predatory. And with most platforms requiring multiple sms verifications to get set up you will need to pay for an extension for each code.
