I have ordered Kids U-shaped Toothbrush I am waiting for two weeks. The tracking number doesn't work and their is no response.

Ordered nail varnish. Funds taken from my account 08.02.2023. Still have not received my order.

They are fraudulent, don't buy from them! You pay and Never receive the item. No answer to your e-mails

Placed order in early Jan. Chased 3 times for an update and they provided a tracking number that is not showing any movement even though their response (in 2nd chase up) said it was “on it’s way”. Have cancelled and will try to get refund via PayPal.

Still waiting 17 days for delivery? Ridiculous. Sent second email. Still awaiting reply. Not good.

Order not arrived
As with other reviews the tracking reference is invalid.

The item took over three weeks to arrive, however it did eventually arrive. When I tried to fit the pop up plug to my bath, it would not fit. I wrote to them and they informed me I would have to pay for returns (to China. I won't be doing that, it would probably cost the same as I paid for the item. I think its wrong that companies can advertise in this country and not inform you that they are in China, I do have to admit I did not read their return policy and where they are sending from, if I had I wouldn't have ordered. I have to get better at checking companies out.

Have waited 3 weeks, says order on its way, with a tracking number which says its invalid when clicking on the order number. I have emailed several times but not hard any reply. I will never use this site again.

If I could give them a minus rating I would, they've taken my money and that's it their tracking system is atrocious and their answer to my query was if you don't like the product it's pointless posting it back as it will cost ME more than the product itself and you'll only get 50% back as that's their policy so it's a win win for them so don't be a mug like me don't buy of them.

I have now up graded to a 4 star rating I was a likkle knaffed off with the company due to lack of communication and their tracking system but today landed the 4 items I ordered and they are very very good quality indeed so I take back the comment of don't buy from this company it appears the product I ordered is so popular that's what the delay was they'd have received 5 star should communication have been much better 👍

Dissatisfied with my order! So wish, like a lot of people looked at reviews before I ordered! I need to return & get a refund! But realise it would be better to write it off as a bad experience! Avoid this company like the plague!! 😩

Be very aware of this company. If product is not suitable, you can return it, but you have to pay postage to send to China.

Scam company. Avoid.
Bought the mobile phone stand. Nothing like the item advertised. Literally a 2p piece of plastic that doesn’t work and falls apart.

Never received my order no answer to emails tracking number not recognised , pure scumbags , so stay well clear of this lot of thieves😡😡

After reading reviews didn't hold out much hope, after about 3 weeks it turned up, as advertised, all good no problems.

People are struggling. Definitely sticking with Amazon. NEVER AGAIN.

Do not order from here! Would have given 0 stars if possible... Ordered an item from here which took a while to arrive, I had to email them to find out where it was. When it arrived it was not as advertised and not fit for purpose. So I emailed to ask for a refund. My first few emails were ignored. When they finally got back to me (several weeks later) they said they can only offer refunds if the item was returned to them but they couldn't accept returns at the moment due to COVID! All they could do was offer a 50% refund. I managed to get a 70% refund from them (we will wait and see if it actually goes into the bank).

I ordered over 3 weeks ago. The orders are dispatched from China. It's been marked as delivered bit I haven't received the order. I have emailed requesting an update/ refund and have been ignored. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing - it looks like most of us have been scammed so save yourselves!

Will never get anything from this company again. ordered on the 12th July 2022 have not received anything from them, I have sent them 2 emails to which I have not had any reply back off them. Absolutely appalling company they are quick to take payments off you
