Do not buy from this lot! Garments look nothing like they do in the Instagram photos - fabrics used are cheap and nasty (& smell of chemicals), clothes are badly made and sizing is completely wrong. I bought a size small beach kaftan in apple green and it’s more like a size 18-20. Also bought a blue spotty dress and the zip is around 6 inches longer than the seam it’s sewn into. I spent 2 months trying to get agreement that they would refund my money - at one point they said I would have to send the clothes back to an address in Abu Dhabi (I’m in the UK) and postage would be my responsibility! Every time I contact them about a refund I get a different, but always negative, response. And there is no customer services telephone number to call. Save yourself a lot of stress and disappointment and DO NOT BUY!

I would give "0" star if I could.

1) Even though COVID-19 situation, this company are horrible. I received my package after 3 month from ordered date.

2) Their product quality is like garbage.
Seams are opened fabric has fried.
Due to open seam, armhole seam has hole.
Zipper finishing is too poor. There's no zipper stopper. Seam allowance is so harsh so it hurts my skin.
POOR POOR POOR sewing workmanship I ever seen.

3) Customer service :
There's no direct line number or chatting service.
So I just left message about all my complain and I want to return and get refund since this products have serious defect.
But they never contact to me. They made me fool.

I should donate this money to who are deserve.
I'll never buy clothes from here and wish many people can read my review.

I ordered my products over a month ago and my products are still on the east coast (I'm on the west coast) and they haven't even moved for two weeks. I contacted customer service and they gave a step by step on how to track my items. I know where my items are... I want them here, now.

Try to get a Refund back from scam seller throught, but the claim end in Seller favor, the reason given for this decision is that Paypal have not received valid proof that the merchandise was returned (a full refund having been previously agreed by the seller if the merchandise was returned). You didn't refund me when i did all I could by supplying you information you requested . I have previously provide the track able number I receive from royal mail as paypal requested, I even send paypal the Certify proof of postage stamp by Royal mail. in fact provided the proof of despatch which show I I have return the item- however it may be that due to the protracted nature of this case your reviewer failed to open the correct link? I also show the evidence that Paypal has contacted me confirm "Return the item (s) to receive your refund * please note that I have received 1 item so I return 1.. also previous evedent comfirm by the seller that he only send 1 item. then paypal also send another confirmation that Paypal received the "tracking information which is now been send to the seller"

the seller did not give me the refund for the items As I previously mentioned, I ordered and paid the seller for 2 items on 26th February 2020, however only 1 item was delivered on 20th April and had been return (manufactured with wrong measurements). After I waited over 2 months, I try to emails them but no respond and realize I was scam. NB - the seller only shipped this item after I had filed the Paypal dispute! The seller said He would give a full refund if I returned the purchase to him at my own expense, WHICH I DID.

I have also send the evidence of email that the seller sent to me... in which they had admitted that the item that I didn't receive was out of stock.

"Considering lack of manufacturing due to Covid-19, we have no choice but canceled the item which is out of stock and shipped what is ready. We are so sorry for the inconvenience that suit did not fit you. Will it be possible to give others as a gift? Or how about we make you a partial refund as a way to make up for this?"

So how can this end in the seller favor? After all the evidence i supply?

Disgusting. Won’t give out refund information, won’t return emails, deleted my Facebook posts.

not a scam, just cheap and nasty knockoffs of designer clothes. Ordered 3 dresses, two said cotton on the website, but they are a nasty, thin polyester, finish not great - and the linen one is a very thin cheap cotton - they are not fit for wear! So OK, they are a scam - I've learnt my lesson, it was all too good to be true.

Scam. A fake chinese company that withdraws money on your credit card without sending the item. Most recently they deleted negative reviews on their facebook page to hide the scams. Unacceptable that Paypal lets them use their service.

SCAAAAAM! They never ship the goods, and change name on Facebook.

This site is a scam. It looks very legitimate including a track delivery button. THe issues is that the products are not delivered and emails go unanswered.
