ok over the last few months ive played…

ok over the last few months ive played many breaks over whatnot, fanatics and now TFF breaks. Now i dont like to leave poor reviews but this company must be called out for there poor service , slow resonse to emails and taking over a week to dispatch which is hidden under there rules which no one reads. i purchased 4 teams costing £90 quid odd which was psg, nottingham forest , roma and Ajax now firstly lucas the owner does come across as a friendly guy but he burns so quick through each break i slowed it down and it still took me an hr to catch every win where if lucas slowed down just a few seconds it would give everyone a chance to catch the wins but nope unless its a big win lucas just burns through them thats my first moan. Secondly the breaker puts it on the customer to check is wins when we paying this company money which they make alot of money for us to do all the work please so u can earn even more money by burning through other breaks. somone asked lucas a question and lucas response was sorry mate u need to email to customer service cause he cannot be arsed to help that person hows that treating the paying customer fairly. anyway i worked out i won a few numbered cards on psg and forest and then came the long wait. A week later i heard nothing no email no disptach so i emailed in to be asked whats your order number now bearing in mind i supplied my name and adderess which case it was but nope no order number no help. now before that i requested shipping on the 26th Jan 26 but apprently everytime i put in a shipping request as i didnt think it went through pushed me to the back of the queue so there goes another week , its disgusting how this company treats is customers there slow response to emails and when they do you get the same question whats your order number even though ive replied to the same thread its unreal amd then you get the book of excuses to we are short on staff we are doing some handover total crap and its just smoke to get rid of you becuase they cant be arsed to help but very quick to take your cash. now back to the wins after 2 weeks i received 1 forest card i had numerous wins on psg and more on forest and ive not even checked the other 2 i emailed in asking if ive got any open orders and there reply was no. I asked them to review the video and there reply was heres a link and help yourself again no accountability or any type of offer to help its so poor ive watched first couple minutes and straightaway ive found a psg player i hit now its not on a split its a player i cant even spelll never mind say is name so i know they cant fob me with well thats on a split draw , so now here comes the waiting game and me waiting for more excuses to somone missed my team to planet plod exploding in my eyes this company employs doughnuts who dont believe in customer service you have a breaker who is the owner whos not interested naming the small wins unless its a 1 of 1 just to enhance is company more. I will never spend my hard earned money with this company because of the above and why should i when i can go elsewhere and actually be thanked for my buisness so personally give these cowboys a wide birth go on whatnot or fanatics unless you want all of the above.

How are these guys this big?

Genuinely no idea how this company is the size it is apart from getting streamers so spend silly money on their breaks. 3 times ive ordered with this company. 1st time took 8 days for a 24 hour delivery order. 2nd order took weeks to tell me the stock is no longer available (which I then saw them break later on in the week) and 3rd order again paid 24 hour delivery and no tracking or anything after 2 days. AVOID THE PR!

Delivered products but…

Delivered the correct products but not next day, as agreed. When raising this to their customer service they stated I had been given 48 tracked for free even though I had requested 24 tracked. They seemed to downgrade the shipping because I used a discount code but the order still stated next day and was not delivered as expected. Poor customer service and I would not use again.
