Shame I can not give a negative rating

Shame I can not give a negative rating. After this company has pretended that my details were input on there site when I didn’t do it. Peter Jones the compliance director, provide none of the requested information. When he was asked again 20 times he told someone who hasn’t got working hands the wright a letter with the details of the complaint, then he harassed me my highjacking my phone calls preventing me talking to anyone else just so he could continue his belittling attack on me. Eventually he got someone from complaints to ring me and she carried on the abusive attack on me as well as didn’t listen to a single word I was saying. So it looks like the ICO will be getting a call!

ULEZ not Congestion charge

Really upset that I have no option to give one star . Should be a no star option. I travelled from the West Country to Heathrow and knew I would have to pay a charge. Went on the website and it said £17.50 so I paid. What I did not notice was the box that was needed to be ticked for ULEZ and not the Congestion charge. I paid the wrong one. They have the equivalent of the ULEZ charge in their bank but now they want £270 ! Be VERY careful that you don’t tick the wrong box as you get no sympathy from TFL for a genuine mistake.

TFL knowing about fake website and choosing to do nothing

I went to pay my ulez charge, I googled how to do it and the first website came up I used, I then got a penalty notice through a few days later, as the website I used was a scam, even though it’s the first one to appear on google, when I rang TFL I was basically told tough and use the slip on the back of the fine to appeal, the fact that TFL are aware of this site and have done nothing about getting removed is very poor, the site is committing fraud using the Ulez name but TFL aren’t bothered, you would had thought they would had reported it and tried to get it removed, but I guess they are getting all the penalties fairs so they are making a lot of money of if innocent people, google are equally to blame for putting it at the top of the list. The guy I spoke to at TFL said it’s harder than you think to take a website down! Very helpful.
