Enjoyed exploring the extra mobility…

Enjoyed exploring the extra mobility accessories in the showroom as well as the scooters and powerchairs.

Great place to explore what options are available to help you around the home today, I particularly liked the kettle you dont need to lift!

Not a great after sales service

We ordered dual power pack for my husband's manual wheelchair from TGA, as they are the main suppliers, back in July 25. Salesperson and the engineer were very helpful. So no issues with purchase. Unfortunately, on 1st January 2026, our wheelchair was stolen from outside our front garden, within our boundaries. Our front door is narrow, so we have to use travel wheelchair to take him outside the front of the house, then transfer him to the normal wheelchair to go out. So, his normal wheelchair was taken outside, ahead of the dialaride bus. In the time it took us to put the wheelchair outside and then go inside to bring him outside in a travel wheelchair to transfer, someone helped themselves to our wheelchair?!!! Luckily the battery and the power pack itself wasn't used on the day, so that was safe; however, all the accessories, such as the hand control on the push handle, which has the on/off key and mounting brackets were fitted to the wheelchair. Luckily,  we managed to get hold of a replacement wheelchair but couldn't use the power pack without the hand control or mounting brackets. We were under the warranty, so hoped that they would be kind enough to come and fit it for us. We were told that warranty doesn't cover theft.  It would cost us call-out charges of £125 plus parts and fittings. We decided not to go ahead with them. We visited a local mobility shop who were happy to fit the parts for just £25. Gentleman kindly helped us to order the parts explaining in greater detail to TGA salesperson exactly what was needed. Order arrived, which I took to the shop without opening. To our horror, parts sent were not what we asked for. It took us back and forth so many times to clarify what has happened and what was needed. To date, we are waiting for the missing parts and refund for the incorrect parts, which were duly returned!!!! Now annual service is due so have arranged a provisional date for mid-July and hopefully the engineer will bring the correct parts for us. So overall not a satisfied customer!!!!!

I reported damage to the front of the…

I reported damage to the front of the scooter and made an insurance claim over 4 weeks ago on behalf of my wife and this was never fixed in fact they never even got back in touch with a date for pick up anyway just 5 days ago the full front end snapped completely off the scooter and my wife could've been seriously hurt and even after emailing them 5 times still have not had a response. If I was considering going for scooter on notability then I'd seriously consider going elsewhere. The service is disgusting.

Freedom at last

I have Parkinson’’s and since Christmas I have fallen 22 times and hardly dare go out now I have freedom and independence. It’s wonderful.Russell came to the house and showede us there is scooters and we tried them out with him guiding us. I chose the Minimo plus automatic folding one and he delivered it two days ago. He was very efficient and told us everything we needed to know. It was pleasant to work with an encouraging to. I used it yesterday at Lyme Park and it was just brilliant and on Wednesday we went all around the town on it too. It’s giving me freedom and independence and my husband is able to walk at proper pace instead of my slow pace. Thank you very much for your service.

Move easier with a TGA Mobility Duo Powerpack

Quick response when I raised my interest on line. Easy to order and quickly fitted to my wife’s wheelchair. How to use etc quickly explained and shown by salesman. Easy to operate and life is easier with this mobility aid.

Scooter taken away to replace tyre and bearings solid…

My Scooter was taken away to replace solid tyre and replace wheel bearings which was seized on to the framework. I am now getting a better response from the scooter as for its handling. Great work and speedy return time, thanks to Steve G. And Ben in the workshop.

I found that I couldn’t buy the S4 rain…

I found that I couldn’t buy the S4 rain cover on line it required me to ring up, I filled in the vat exemption form that was sent to me and then had to ring again to actually pay and order it. I’ve been back on to browse and non of my details have been saved I’m assuming if I wish to buy anything else I will have to repeat the same process. That’s off putting, also as far as I’m aware they don’t have a tiered system in place regarding postage costs so a small item will still cost the same amount of money, thats off putting as well. The actual cover I bought fits like a dream and feels good quality so I’m happy there, I would buy more bits and bobs for my new S4 because as my scooter is top quality I want any extras to be the same. I love the brand but there is room for improvement selling to their public I’m also not 100% sure I have the right date of experience written down it’s a guesstimate

I highly recommend this company
