Outstanding workmanship and a very professional service. They provided a new roof with facials and soffits. They arrived on time, clearing any mess created as well as being polite to the neighbors. I have recommended them to my daughter and feel they provided value for money.
Well connected with communication and reliable arrival times. Liam W and Shaun were able to advise me on a number of options particularly with regard to making access for my disabled wife so much easier than it had been as well as being frank about discounts and the installation. Thanks chaps, greatly appreciated all round.
Great experience with TGC. from the first visit to the last day. The team were punctual polite and worked hard despite the weather being against them. TGC replaced my conservatory roof , some new windows and cladding. There were a couple of issues . but they handled it as how I would expect them to being a reputable company. I will use them again.
This company replaced our roof 8 years ago which we were assured came with a 20 year guarantee. We have had some leaks but trying to get them to come back to survey has been impossible. They did not return my calls to request a visit to survey the damage. The guarantee is effectively pointless.
We now have to pay someone else to replace the roof, after wasting our money paying for shoddy workmanship by this company.
Don’t bother calling this company , I have waited 3- weeks for a quote , sent emails chasing and left messages . Nothing back in response , be warned is all I would say .
This is I am led to believe a family business, from start to finish I could not be more pleased.
From the lady on the phone to the chaps who did a survey and then came and fitted my door.
They were polite, clean, tidy, fast, professional in every sense and very helpful, they even adjusted my front door which was slightly out for free.
