The menus they sell are actually DETECTED.
I've purchased the Eulen Mod Menu lifetime option, which is being advertised as "undetected" and working, after hours upon hours of trying dozens of servers i keep getting detected and banned right away even when using options such as "no-clip" which overall should be pretty safe, clearly showing a problem and the cheat being detected. I can provide all the proof required.
Before i get told "go ask support from Eulen" you are the resellers and as the ones that held the transaction are the ones i have to ask a refund from, failure to obtain a refund and collaboration on your end will be met with a charge back request through my bank.

I understand your frustration, so I want to be clear.
The menu was sold as undetected at the time of purchase based on the developer’s status. That said, detections and bans are always a risk with FiveM, especially on servers running custom or aggressive anti-cheats. Even features like noclip can trigger bans depending on the server.
We’re resellers, not the developers, so while we handle the payment and delivery, we don’t control detection status or server behavior. This is why the product page and refund policy clearly state use at your own risk and that refunds aren’t provided for detections or bans. Lifetime access refers to the license duration, not permanent undetectability.
Because of this, we’re not able to issue a refund.
Please also note that opening a chargeback will result in service access being revoked and permanent blacklisting.

Thanks for the feedback. When a menu is under maintenance or updating, subscription time is not lost. In most cases, updates are completed within a few hours and the menu is back online shortly after.

The Menu I got is Fortitude! The Menu itself is a bit complex but if you take your time looking through it, its super easy to use! It has so many options and it really makes fun using it even if its just for character or horse customization, it really makes a lot fun and I totally recommend this Menu and TGModz with my heart and soul!!
