Total Scam. So why does this site and some others rate so highly here on Trustpilot ? Sadly the reason has to be they spend a lot of time trying to con the people doing due diligence in checking reviews. I noticed this with some other scam sites that also rate well. Unfortunately that means Trustpilot can't be trusted as well. There are other review sites that aren't so compromised. I won't mention any others, as I'm not promoting anyone. I think Trustpilot should try and do better if they want to be " trusted " And I wish all the scam dating sites could be held accountable for their crimes. As it just seems not be the case. sigh

Wanted to try because of the reviews. The only girls who have approached me invited me to join trulythai, a scammy and fishy site. Those girl always have an excuse, can’t have insta, can’t have line, can’t have WhatsApp, yet they take selfies with the latest iPhone

I have contacted CS for a refund and they explained they can’t do anything about it. I’m on this website to meet women, not to act as a moderator. At least pay me a salary and I’ll do it.

Their refund policy applies if you don’t use the site. What’s the point then? You can’t even send a message if you wanna be refunded? It’s like saying they don’t refund at all.

Careful for fake and bad girls but there are a lot real good girls.

60-70% in there is scammers or golddiggers who are looking for there sugardaddy. Not all cupid fault. But when get complaint about scammers they are very slow to reacht.

Good site but a lot of women request that you move to another dating site like TrulyThai or WhatsApp because of limitations on their messaging and video chat (they typically do not have to pay to use those or they are using a site that is more popular - Tinder, for one). Most women seemed to be checking ThaiCupid simply to ensure they didn’t miss guys who only use ThaiCupid. Site designers should review the competitors and see why so many women find it obvious to want men to move to other sites to continue chatting.

Also, the downloaded app does not update well compared to the website version. I often had to find new messages in my email to know anyone had sent something before it would show in the app. The website version simply needed refreshing at times.

Search was good and could limit to specific areas, demographics and physical traits.

Most of the people I met on this site are genuine

I paid £65 for 3 months premium membership and still could not access messages !!! I contacted the customer services only to be told there was nobody available to speak. Complete rip off don’t bother and save your money.

Following the death of my wife over 2 years ago and then enduring Covid lockdown on my own; I made a decision to try and find a new lady in my life - primarily one who would love and care for me and look after me. The response I got was truly overwhelming. 8 or 9 a day came rolling in and it was difficult to sort out the wood from the trees. Most ladies were from the Bangkok area but one of the good things about Thaicupid is they always give the location of all applicants which with some research I found very useful. The lady I found was from the far East side of Thailand - a mainly rural area. I wanted a rural girl- not one from the big city. I struck up a WhatsApp conversation with her and we got talking 2/3 times a day getting to know each other. After 3 months we had both made each other's mind up that we could take it to the next level. Thaicupid were very good in reimbursing the next 3 months money from my account when I told them I had found my girl and no longer needed to be advertising with them. They emailed me and wished us both the very best; which I thought very nice of them. Moving on another 12 months has indeed finally found me in Thailand and everything has worked out so good between us. We had a lovely Thai Isaan Wedding 💞 last month and we are returning to the UK very shortly when her Visa comes through. We have both been asked many times exactly where we met and we always say
" Online with Thaicupid.com !" I even shouted the Thaicupid name over the microphone at our lovely wedding!. We are both so glad we did sign up - excellent all round ! Thank you Thaicupid 💞🙏
