Retired military family — smooth relocation thanks to Wat

We relocated to Pattaya as a retired military family, and Wat from Thailand Blueprint made the whole process way easier than expected. He helped months in advance, so when we landed we moved straight into our rental with utilities already set up. Our LTR visas — which were a bit complex — were sorted before our 60-day stamp even came close to expiring. Wat actually follows through and gets things done.

Wat helped me with my DTV application. I have a remote business that I can run from anywhere so meeting the requirements wasn’t too hard. I kind of had a good idea already of what docs I needed but having someone like Wat on my side to lead the process made me feel more comfortable. Everything was handled remotely (I’m based in Germany atm) but it all went smooth. I’ll be moving to Bangkok in a few weeks. Was nice having someone to manage the details for me so I didn’t have to stress about it. Good experience overall.

At first I was pretty confused about the retirement visa because I didn’t know the difference between the 90 day one and the 1 year one. I researched online and it had so much mixed info, so I wasn’t sure what to do. I found Wat through Adam Parker’s YouTube channel and he really went above and beyond. We started with a call (he spent way more time with me than he needed to and explained everything really clearly). I probably could’ve done the process myself after that but I decided to just have Wat handle it all by then. 

He set me up with their portal and told me exactly what documents I needed to upload. This was for the 90 day retirement visa that Wat applied for me for from my home country. The visa was approved in under a week which was great.

Then I came to Thailand and met Wat in Bangkok. He helped me get my Thai bank account set up and I deposited the 800,000 baht. A couple of months later when I was allowed to do so, Wat took me to immigration and got everything sorted for my 12 month extension. I didn’t have to wait around in any lines or anything like that because I was with Wat and this was awesome.

Got my 12 month extension and multiple entry, no issues. Overall I really appreciated working with Wat. You can tell he actually cares and goes above and beyond to help. It didn’t feel like just a transaction like some of the other operators I’ve seen. Highly recommend.
