AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I had a pre booked appointment, I was left waiting for half an hour, whilst buzzing and calling, no one answered. Unreliable, appalling, don’t waste your time!

Communication was great , Danny and Amy were both responsive and i knew my fur was in good hands
It cane back from repair looking new , not sure how he did it , but Danny you ate amaxing 😊

I sent 2 vintage furs to them and from start to finish the communication was excellent. I was kept up to date and they arrived back well packed. They came back looking lovely and refreshed. I would definitely use Thalia Furs again. Thank you.

Got my fur coat restored and Jerome was absolutely amazing in answering all my questions! They were even kind enough to identify the fur as I had no clue and let me know a rough estimate on it's value. The furrier did a great job restoring as the difference is night and day will definitely be showing it off when winter comes around! Will definitely use again and would recommend to anyone.

Thalia Furs have been excellent from start to finish, great communication, every e mail answered courteously and swiftly. I was extremely anxious about moth damage to my coat. My dealings with Thalia Furs was excellent, they treated me in a business-like and professional manner and I was delighted to receive my lovely antique musquash fur coat back from them beautifully repaired. I can highly recommend their services.

Recently acquired a lovely mink coat - but it was looking very sad as it hadn't been worn for years. A friend recommended Thalia - and I am delighted! It now looks beautiful, glossy, and healthy. I also learned quite a bit about different furs; and also how to look after my "newly revitalised" mink. BIG, BIG Thank you. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Thalia!

This company made my much loved Mink jacket like new again. Renewed the lining, replaced broken fur fasteners. Then cleaned and made the fur glisten again. Having seen what they can do, we sent a second jacket. This time a Fox, which was cleaned again the fur came back to its original glossy condition. Both these jackets have been given an extended life at a very reasonable cost.

I bought a fur, scarf and hat for my other half and she absolutely went over the moon. Happily recommend.

SUPERB !!! Bought a genuine Gillet for my Girl birthday , as usual I left it late and thought I was in trouble , but the service here was amazing and they really made an effort to help me deliver on the day.
