Unreliable at best

Ordered an item via B&Q.
Marked as "In Stock" with a 3-4 day delivery.
Updated that the delivery would now be 7 days.
Further updated that the delivery would be 11 days.
Contacted B&Q, who contacted Thames Distribution to be told they were out of stock and the new delivery date would be 14 days after the initial order.

Shocking service. Boots would not help as they said I had to contact Thames Distribution email, no telephone number, just an email. Many emails later and STILL NO REPLY. Absolutely shocking. Christmas present I have now had to buy elsewhere and still no answers

SCAMMERS being pushed through Boots.com DO NOT BUY FROM BOOTS!

I purchased Soundcore A30s from BOOTS.com on black friday. Boots as in the pharmacist high street retailer, expecting a good standard of service and reputable returns process if something went awry. The soundcore were £160.

I received an email from Boots.com advising a delivery date of 04/12/25. I waited in all day for the parcel and nothing arrived. Over the weekend and following week, again no attempts were made to deliver.

I called boots customer service who told me they aren't responsible for thames distribution and that I needed to contact them by email instead. So as advised, I sent an email with my tracking number, date of purchase, missed delivery date and pdfs of my order confirmation and dispatch confirmation. I expected a reply.

Over a week passed, no reply and no tracking information. I called Boots.com back and asked for an update. I was told by customer service that if I waited over the weekend and didn't receive anything to call back and open a request for a refund.

On saturday I received a tracking text from Evri with details. Except there was no further information. Just a tracking number, a message that my order had been "significantly delayed", and a random dispatch address which had my name repeated several times and looked totally different to what is held on boots.com account. I checked my address on the dispatch emails and it is correct, so Thames Distribution have mucked up my address. Because Evri have the parcel, I have no way of changing it, so have had to request rerouting to a parcel shop in the hope that something might turn up.

Because of this, I phoned boots.com again and got through to a rude customer service agent who said even though I've been charged £160 its my own fault for not reading the small print at checkout that apparently, whilst boots take your money, thames distribution are responsible for the parcels. So you can't get a refund from boots for your missing order, even though they take your money and sell you products through their website. I was palmed off again with the thames distribution email address.

When you try to call Thames Distribution you get no response. After looking them up on here I felt sick. It seems they've done this to everyone on here. I wonder whether anybody actually got their money back or received what they'd ordered.

I'm now raising a dispute through my card since I haven't heard back from Thames Distribution and Boots won't accept responsibility for what they've misold me.

Crap company

Crap company, takes weeks to get a reply and when they do they are no help at all, ordered from boots not realising the item was from this company, sent item back , have proof it was delivered back to the warehouse yet themselves or boots won't take liability, so I am now down £65 and the returned item!! Stay away from both companies !!!!

No response from phone or email

No response from phone or email. Have failed to deliver a parcel. Wished boots were transparent with who they use as a supplier as from quick glance, I would have known not to order, as clearly theme with not sending orders
