I have been thinking about how to write this review without sounding like I’m gushing. I’m not sure I can. Ray and his team did a fantastic job. They knocked through, enlarged and fitted our kitchen, rewired the entire house, converted our garage into an entertainment room, and put on a new flat roof. On top of this, they did all the plastering, painting, plumbing, light fittings, and titling to finish the job. All this while we were in residence. Ray’s entire team was helpful and accommodating. There were parts of the job that were challenging, especially with a family in the house, but Ray’s team remained positive throughout. Nothing was ever a drama. Right from discussing our plans, to providing a quote and the completion of the project. Ray also stuck to our original budget. Any additions were reasonably priced and slotted into the schedule. So, if you are looking for a building company that is trustworthy, hardworking, and talented, I highly recommend Ray and his team. I still love using my new kitchen every day.

Thatchers builders changed our bathroom into a wet room with disabled access.

We had used them previously for a whole downstairs renovation where they did a fantastic job and were very happy with their work.
They were just as good this time around and have done an excellent job to a very high standard.
They are very easy to discuss ideas with, excellent communication and offer advice on all aspects of the job. We found them to be reliable, friendly, trustworthy and tidy.
We would certainly recommend them and use them again in the future.
